    Great Berberine Supplement!

    These are ok.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this is heart healthy. But, I find it really hard to swallow five hundred milligrams. It's a huge pill for me. I would like it better if it were a smaller pill even if that meant taking two pills instead of one to get the full 500 milligrams.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the Natures Truth advanced berberine HCI, I’d recommend talking to your physician before taking any vitamin or supplements, so you can be sure they are safe in your situation. I got to say, for myself I feel great on them. I know there’s many benefits to taking them. They may work differently for others. They are easy to swallow because they are capsules. My stomach didn’t get upset from them either. They are gluten free and non-gmo. For those who may want to know the ingredients,( Rice Powder, Vegetarian Capsule, Vegetable Magnesium Sarate, Silica) it’s not much compared to similar products out there.
