Excellent - been wearing them for 60 years.

I have been wearing Spenco’s for decades. I would never wear a pair of shoes without them. I do have flat feet and the arch support and cushioning are just perfect. I wear them in walking shoes, running shoes, shoes that I wear to work, every day shoes. The three-quarter arch support is ideal because it leaves your room in the lower half of the shoe. I even wore them on a protest watch for her free Friday with Bob Barker, the length of 5th Avenue, 60 years ago.
