Very effective, a staple in my house!
I keep these in my house because whenever I come down with a nasty cold, Alka-seltzer is the only thing that helps me feel human again. Citrus is my favorite flavor.

Must have in cold care
I cannot recommend this product enough for when you’re having cold and flu symptoms. I used this for the first time this year and wow, it helped my symptoms asap and lasted. I had never used alka seltzer for cold symptoms but this has been a huge help when I’m feeling under the weather. The taste isn’t that bad either and goes down pretty easily. Definitely helps with your cold in a hurry.

I usually like AlkaSeltzer products, but the orange fizz tasted really bad to me. I took one dose and threw the rest out. The taste kind of ruined my taste buds for a couple of hours.

Worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my life, it does not fully dissolve, it only fizzes as you mix it, and then after that taste like a flat, medicated orange carbonated water. I literally have to plug my nose and choke it down, let alone having to mix it into 4 oz of water. Ice cold water is best, try to break it apart first because it does not mix completely.

Gets the job done.
These get the job done, no matter if you are already sick, or you are just starting to get the symptoms of flu. In addition, once the tablets are dissolved, there is still fizz left inside the water and it tastes similar to sparkling water. Overall it gets the job done, without having to deal with those awful medications that taste awful. Plus it's easy to have this on the go.

It works well I take this along with my airborne black elderberry and my airborne orange. Also, I do a Ricola original cough drop and a breathe right nasal strip when I go to bed so all that combination helps I do the airborne black elderberry and my airborne orange every day to help prevent me getting sick. One thing people never learned from the pandemic and even before the pandemic is this…. “If your sick stay home” “Don’t come to work or don’t come to school to get everyone else sick”

I’ve used this for years but forgot about it-probably because I haven’t been really sick in almost 10 years. I got hit with some sort of flu or cold nearly 12 days ago. I took this in conjunction with an antibiotic and feeling better fast!!!

These are the only medicine I use. I swear these little tablets are magic. They are so simple there's literally nothing to complain about. Price has gone up on them but I continue to buy and recommend to anyone I know that may be ill.
