    Half filled and looms like someone took a handful

    It looks half filled and that the duct tape looks like it been messed with. I would like a new one if that's possible.(It won't let me show a picture bc of the MB but once a person responds about it from target I will show it.

    Seems like it has improved my mane a bit

    It's got a strange, waxy texture. So far, I see some improvement in the lustrousness of my mane. Next time I'll try applying and waiting after towel-drying my hair, to see if that make it truly shiny. Interesting product, though. I'm glad I've got it to work with.
