Poor product and warranty policy.
I bought this vacuum and the suction hose split. They sent me a replacement vacuum and told me this hose was replaceable. After 1-2 years that hose split and I was told it couldn’t be replaced. They would only honor the 1st vacuum date that I bought. I was told it was my fault that the hose split several times.One would think they would redesign and fix this problem.Other reviews had the same problems.

A very no-fuss vaccume!
Everything about receiving this vaccume has been easy. Taking it out of the box, the directions, to using it has been super easy. It takes little space to store, the charger is easy to find a place for ( it doesn't have to be with the vaccume) plus it's small. The vaccume is lightweight and effortless. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great Suction
I bought this model a few years ago and it works well but a few months ago it started making a loud noise and smelled like something was burning. I really liked it so I bought this one as a replacement. The suction and the new designed brush are better on the new one. I don't like the light and with the better suction it's harder to push around. The battery only lasts 15-20 minutes so you need 2 batteries if you have a large area to clean. I like the controls on the old model better. The battery that came with the vacuum was dead and wouldn't take a charge. It was replaced quickly with no problems. Hopefully this model will last longer than a couple of years without problems.

Powerful and easy to use
Wow, what a buy! I can always depend on Hoover to deliver. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my new stick Pet vacuum was light, powerful and easy to use. Honestly, I think I could have bought a less powerful one because i cant use it on my area rugs. It sucks them up, haha. Thats ok, I use my hoover dustbuster which takes about 5 minutes, and they look great. Thank you again Hoover! I love being a part of the Hoover family.

Better
I love this vaccum and all the improvements since my last version a few years ago. The screen and the operation buttons are comfortable but I forget every time how to turn off the roller when I need to. The lights are a bit too bright though I love how you see all the dust on the floor. It's quieter but wished it would be even more. I usually like to work in high speed mode as it has stronger suction. Wished there would be a protective shield to the pipe as sometimes it bumps into furniture as I move quickly around the house.

I love the vacuum, but if the hose comes unattached from the lower section, you cannot get it back in!!! It looks like an easy snap back in but it doesn’t stay. This is my second one to do that!!

The old one was made better
I purchased this for my mom who is 96 years old. The vacuum hose has a hole in it and does not have good suction. When we tried to tape it.... it only made the situation worse. This was a Christmas Gift so is only 5 months old. I really need to get a new hose for this. Please advise. Also, it stops spinning on the throw shag rugs, and gets clogged up very easily. The model I had purchased several years back worked better and was much more sturdy without the plastic hose.

I purchased the ONEPWR EVOLVE PET ELITE several months ago. I am so happy I did. It is great! I love it because it is not heavy and it is easy to operate. I especially love the light it has so you can see what is on the floor. I am so thankful someone came up with a vacuum that baby boomers can operate, especially when you have health issues. I had the Linx but they discontinued it. This ONEPWR EVOLVE PET ELITE has a lot more suction and it cleans the floor and rugs really well. I just Love everything about it. Hover makes good products. Don't hesitate, just buy it. You will Love it.

Great cordless vacuum
This is an upright cordless vacuum that I use daily for light cleaning jobs. It has three speeds that vary the strength of the suction and the length of time the battery charge lasts. It is designed for pet owners who have pets that shed. My issue is more feathers, feather dust and bird seed, although I do have a non shedding dog who tracks in grass, leaves, etc. Thus vacuum is perfect for my needs and is very convenient because I’m not dealing with a power cord. It maneuvers easily and makes the quick clean ups a breeze. I highly recommend this vacuum for tasks similar to mine.

Not an improvement, cosmetic change to earlier mod
The brush is not as effective as the previous models design. Also, the hose connectio to the cleaner head spontaneously disconnects and is difficult to reclip. The hose in previous models tears at this connection and this new models.design has not improved this weakness.
