I hate the new one. The old one was better, this thing does little for my smaller ones. Also, the one star people, it takes multiple applications and time. You’ve got massive things grown on you for years… it’s not falling off with one treatment. I’ve lost a bunch with this, doesn’t hurt, just be patient.

Do not waste your time or money on this product.
This product is not worth the money it’s extremely hard to see where to actually position the skin tag. You are not able to see if you are freezing off the tag or you have other skin. The little sponge that comes with it doesn’t even last cold for 3 seconds. Tried to make it work but it’s just not the right tools to freeze off tags.

Was very hopeful
Not impressed, skin tags came off within 2 days. However, they came back three times larger. Then the burns around the skin tag are very painful. The initial treatment did not hurt at all

Produce was good before changes
These used to be good but they changed to using a small foam tube instead of a large qtip type application. The spray now comes out the top somewhat too so be careful when setting it up applicator.

Burnt the skin around the skin tag. Not safe
It burned the surrounding skin and I have large brown spots around the original skin tag. I have no idea how long it will take to heal and if I am permanently scarred. I may be headed to the doctor if it gets worse. Regretting not going to see a doc for removal

Pretty bummed it did not work. I followed the video step by step and read the instruction sheet inside the box and was not able to get skin tag to come off. It did hurt a lot, felt like putting alcohol on an open wound. Would not recommend.

Wasted Money
I bought this to be able to use it properly and because it had a QR code for the video and I saw that the video is for another product with different features. It can't be that the moment I scan the video it only says ERROR 404 and then I go to see the video of the product on the official page, it is a glass that does not correspond to the product I bought. Very dissatisfied with the product from the beginning. WASTED MONEY.

Not worth the price
Does not work. Used it 4 times and absolutely nothing. Just made the skin around the skin tag red and the skin tag got bigger. Save your money.

Need more applicator tips
Need replacement pack of the foam q tips . There is still a lot left in the bottle . Need a smaller bottle, more q tips in the pack, or ability to purchase a pouch of applicator foam q tips . Otherwise its a waste

Gave me Chemical Burns!
Gave me Chemical Burns! Do not use Dr. Scholl's Freeze Away® Skin Tag Remover! I followed the package directions, I set a timer for each skin tag treatment area on my neck and not only do I have painful, red and blistered chemical burns all over my neck, the skin tags still haven't come off / fallen off / no change in the skin tags. My skin looks crazy and so do I now. Extremely disappointing and heart breaking.

not fast & kind of painful
I wouldn't recommend using this. I tried on a few skin tags. It stings a little at first, but wasn't too bad. But then they got painful and irritated before finally dying and falling over a week or two later. However on the bigger ones, the whole thing didn't even come off so I still have a skin tag there.

It Works!
I HAD (because it's gone!) a big skin tag in my inner thigh, close to my private parts and after 2 applications, within a week, from Sunday to Friday it was gone!

NOT what I was hoping for.
Do not use. I filled the instructions to the T. The skin tags didn't hurt I just didn't like the way they looked or made me feel. However, now they are burned and swollen with scabs.
