Do not recomment.
Terrible. Would not recommend. My daughter and I took these and our stomachs hurt so bad. Stick to the powder version.

We're very sorry you and your daughter had this experience with our Metamucil Kids Fiber Gummies. Just so you're aware, temporary gas or bloating can occur when you initially increase the fiber in your diet, but these symptoms generally will subside once your body adjusts. It's important to remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day when you're taking Metamucil, or any fiber supplement, as this greatly aids in the digestive process and may help you avoid stomach upset. However, because your health and safety are our top concerns, we recommend not using this Metamucil version again, and ask that you hold on to the bottle for at least two weeks in case our Safety Team wants to give it a closer look. Delicious Tasting Kids Fiber Gummies!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11 year old son has really been enjoying the Metamucil Kids Fiber Gummies. Every time that he takes one, he tells me how yummy it is! As a parent, this makes me so happy to see my son enjoying taking the Metamucil Kids Fiber Gummies. I appreciate that they are yummy, but they also have no sugar added, and 5 grams of fiber per serving! We hightly recommend the Metamucil Kids Fiber Gummies!

Easy To Take.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fiber is an importang part of a healthy diet that most kids usually don't get enough of. Metamucil makes these delicious, no suger added, fiber gummies just for kids. The soft texture and the mixed berry flavor has my granddaughter asking for her fiber everyday. I understand the importance of a diet high in fiber and it's a healthy habit that i can pass along to her. Metamucil makes it easy.

Kids love them!

Yummy Fiber Gummies!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sometimes have a hard time making sure my son is actually getting enough fiber every day. We were given Metamucil Kids Fiber Gummies to try and were surprised by how much he likes them. These gummies come in a Mixed Berry flavor that he enjoys and the fact that there's no sugar added is important to me. We have just started taking three gummies every day and I'd recommend them as an easy way to help keep up with fiber intake.

Works great

Amazing Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always looking for ways to add fiber to my little ones diet. This is a sure way to make sure she is getting it. She loves the taste and that they are gummies. Being gummies with no sugar added is a plus. Seems of high quality and great value. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Metamucil Kids Fiber Gummies are absolutely delicious, and the kids don't mine taking one. The texture is pretty good, and they have no sugar added. The mixed berry flavor is perfect. My kids get fiber when they take these, and it is really easy to give them three. They are made with a plant-based fiber blend and three is one full serving. My kids are picky eaters and love these, so they really need these. They smell really good too. These are made for kids.

A hit with the kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the adult form of these gummies so I have to get the kids one to share with my kids. I did try some to compare and I have to say they taste even better than the adult ones! Soft and sweet, I love that there's no added sugar in these. The kids seem to like them too - "tastes like candy" they said, and I haven't had to chase them to take their daily dose, so that's a win in my books.
