A: The answer depends on what adult gummies you're referring to, but one big difference is that with the kid gummies, they should take 1 instead of 2.

As a parent, this makes me so happy to see my son enjoying taking the Metamucil Kids Fiber Gummies. I appreciate that they are yummy, but they also have no sugar added, and 5 grams of fiber per serving! We hightly recommend the Metamucil Kids Fiber Gummies!

Metamucil makes these delicious, no suger added, fiber gummies just for kids. The soft texture and the mixed berry flavor has my granddaughter asking for her fiber everyday. I understand the importance of a diet high in fiber and it's a healthy habit that i can pass along to her. Metamucil makes it easy.

We were given Metamucil Kids Fiber Gummies to try and were surprised by how much he likes them. These gummies come in a Mixed Berry flavor that he enjoys and the fact that there's no sugar added is important to me. We have just started taking three gummies every day and I'd recommend them as an easy way to help keep up with fiber intake.

The texture is pretty good, and they have no sugar added. The mixed berry flavor is perfect. My kids get fiber when they take these, and it is really easy to give them three. They are made with a plant-based fiber blend and three is one full serving. My kids are picky eaters and love these, so they really need these. They smell really good too. These are made for kids.

I did try some to compare and I have to say they taste even better than the adult ones! Soft and sweet, I love that there's no added sugar in these. The kids seem to like them too - "tastes like candy" they said, and I haven't had to chase them to take their daily dose, so that's a win in my books.
