Plastic end pieces

End pieces are plastic, mounting hardware is flimsy and plastic as well. The photos are misleading as the end pieces appear to be metal. However they are plastic and when attached to the mount they and have a slight give every time we move the curtain.

Feels so cheap compared to Twilight rods

We bought the two of the Umbra Twilight curtain rods first and loved them so bought this Loop one thinking it would be the same quality because they are pretty much the same price. The Loop rod is terrible. Compared to the Twilight rod, this one should be half the price. No where near is sturdy because the brackets are plastic instead of metal and they just feel cheap. We will be returning these.

Cheap look and feel

Purchased these in black and silver and both look and feel quite cheap - it’s all plastic. Disappointing given the cost. They do the job but there are nicer ones out there at the same price point.

Very good curtain rod

Really love the clever design of this rod. My only dislike is that, while the rod is metal, the loop is not. It's plastic, which doesn't feel as polished in hand. I'm sure when it's hung it won't be noticeable, I just wish it was all metal, the weight of which makes it feel more substantial and durable.
