A: DINP or Diisononyl phthalate is a common compound in rubber products to improve flexibility, and it is used in our power cord and not any food-contact surfaces. I would advise the customer that this is the case and that the food-contact surfaces are made from safe food-grade stainless steel. Definitely a sensitive subject though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works amazing & fast. It came with the recipe book and all the trays and stuff and I love that too. One thing I'm confused is how to turn off without plugging it off also how to pause all the way during the cook time that didn't finish.
