Taste so bad and had a fake sugar after taste. It's not gummy but rather chewy and so chalky. I had to have juice or water after it because the taste does stay on your tongue. I've had Ashwangandha before in vitamin and liquid and it didn't taste like this...

It's a no for me
I was feeling fine all day, took this gummy after lunch and immediately felt sick to my stomach. Cramps and back pain. Nothing new out of the ordinary except for these gummies.

Try if you need help falling asleep
This has helped me. I have a hard time falling asleep. I don’t like Melatonin because it causes me to have strange dreams or nightmares and makes me feel groggy in the morning. This product helps fall asleep or feel ready for bed and doesn’t give me any side effects. Definitely worth trying!

Made me sick/ these have some added active ingredients, compared to the original one with sugar. Whatever the other stuff is in there made me very sick, dizzy, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.

Read label first !! Different ingredients! I’ve used the regular Goli ashwaghanda for years and loved it. I’m trying to reduce sugar so I grabbed this. My fault, I didn’t read the label closely enough. This also contains maca. For many people , this is not going to be a problem and may even help. But for some, it’s going to make things a whole lot worse. My system doesn’t like maca in any way, shape or form . My anxiety got worse and worse, to include flushing, pounding heart, nausea, shaking, an impending sense of doom….Total panic attack. This all culminated in a trip to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack. I still didn’t figure it out until days later . So please, if you know you are sensitive to Maca or have never tried it and experience some of these symptoms or they get worse, discontinue immediately . Do a search for maca causing anxiety to see how this can affect some people .
