Camera has horrible quality, Might as well just spend the extra 70$ and buy the good vtec one that’s listed at $114 that has music, Nightlights for the kids and zoom in quality that’s fast and doesn’t freeze. This cameras quality is that bad, Spend the extra money for the better one

Wont charge
Product lasted almost a year but now it won’t charge and won’t hold a charge. It was okay for a starter but annoyed that I have to purchase a new one. Save your money

Good monitor
This monitor has a lot of bad reviews but it’s actually not bad. I’ve used several different brand over the years and this monitor has been good so far. Large screen is nice, good visual, the audio reallyyyy works- it almost works too well. That is my only gripe is that the lowest volume setting is still blasting. If you’re expecting Nanit type quality then you should probably buy a Nanit. But for the price this monitor is reliable and good.

I’ve had this monitor since my baby was a newborn and he is now 15 months old and this has been the best monitor. I wanted one that didn’t require wifi (didn’t want the risk of someone hacking it) and this has been amazing. Terrible camera if you want to pair with phone
The app for this camera regularly disconnects (multiple times daily/weekly). I can assume that instead of being able to check my app to see my baby, I will have to enter his room, hope he doesn’t wake up, unplug the device, wait a minute, reconnect, and then if I’m lucky the app will work. The tablet screen that comes with the camera works fine.

Cost cutting design.
Low resolution makes zoom useless. The kickstand is so small that it is feels like trolling; it ALWAYS falls over! Barrel connectors in 2025!? How much money did you save by not putting USB connectors? The included cheap plastic wall mount is incredibly flemsy. The pan and tilt is very limited in range. So far this product is okay enough to not return but leapfrog monitors are much better.
