Pump leaking
I’ve had the pump for only a month and it’s leaking from the bottom! I make sure it’s completely dry before usage and it still continues to leak while I’m pumping which is super frustrating being as though I’d like for my child to have all of the milk I’m producing not just what’s left if it due to leakage.

Also, make sure the parts are dry and remove any residue around the rim before assembling to prevent leaks. Make sure you are following the included cleaning instructions. The parts should not be placed into a sterilizer or microwave. This can impact the performance and reliability of the parts. Lastly, when placing the pumps into your bra, make sure the bottom of the flange isn’t pressing against the fabric. Adjusting the pump this way can disrupt the seal and affect its performance.

Not great
I had bought this thinking it would be very helpful and easy but it is not. Turns off after 20 minutes and one of the breast pump dies immediately even though its fully charged. Glad I didn't buy it though very disappointed I now have to go with another brand and buy one.

It was great until it wasn't
I got this pump as a baby shower gift after a recommendation from another mom. As a first time mom, I initially used it as my primary pump since it was suppose to have hospital grade suction. My first 3 weeks, it was great, suction was nice and strong and I got good ouput. Upon this last week, the suction became noticeably weaker. To the point I think it made my supply dip. Once I did some research and compared my output from this pump to my wall pump, I realized this pump was likely never emptying me or taking an additional 10 minutes more than with my wall pump. I thought it was an issue with my diaphragm and duckbill valves so while I waited for replacement parts I used another pump and my wall pump and by then my output had already began to decrease from my normal which I am now struggling to fix. My replacement parts came today and even with the new parts I still didn't get what I usually get with my other pumps so I guess I will have to soon retire this pump because I am not understanding what my problem may be.

Works good

Safe hazard and now what do I do
I got this pump through my insurance so now I can’t get another one. I’m so disappointed and grateful at the same time because I put both of the batteries to charge and 10 mins later I smell burning one of them melted and we can’t say it the charging box because it’s one charging box with two ports the both would’ve melt but only one did it malfunctioned and thank god I was home my house could’ve caught fire! Ladies please be careful and don’t recommend getting these through insurance because this could happen and you can be stuck with nothing like me

Can't rave enough about these little guys! Such great suction, easy to clean, so many modes, charge lasts forever. Easy to put together and take apart. Used to use a mom cozy but this wearable pump is now my go to!

Disappointed with discreet duo
I am a first time mom and this is my experience with the wearable pumps. Pro: Firstly, they are available through insurance which is a big plus. Secondly, they give you the freedom to move around while you pump, so you can get a lot of work done while wearing them and can also carry them to work. I once used them while I was sitting in an uber. Third, as the name suggests they are discreet, my co-workers at work couldn't tell when I was using them. Cons: After only few use of the pump, its suction reduced considerably. They were unable to empty me completely and after using them for few weeks, I switched to a classic pump by another brand which has been a game changer. I am able to empty my breasts completely and as a result my milk supply has also increased. So, in my experience Lansinoh discreet duo could be used only as an add-on/extra pump, for occasional use but not as a pump for daily use.

I love them
I started my nursing journey with a baby without the ability to latch and a dream of exclusively directly nursing. When that dream didn’t come to fruition, my next best choice was exclusively pumping while working on a latch. I can say with full confidence that if I did not own the Lansinoh Discreet Duo, my pumping journey would have ended very quickly. The ease of use, not being tied to a wall or cords, and the fact that they worked so wonderfully for me all led me to the ability to nurse baby directly. I’m using them now once a day and getting a wonderful amount of milk, and during my exclusive pumping journey was able to save up over 1000oz of milk for my freezer. Thank god for these wearables!!!!

Leaks
My pump always leaks from the bottom. I have tried it with tighter bras, even just sit holding it against my breast. It’s a waste of time to even use it.

Most comfortable wearable
I really did enjoy these pumps. They're very quiet. They are very discreet. I was able to get 7 oz each side in the cups. They have lots of cycle modes. My favorite is the automatic mode. They run for 20 minutes and automatically shut off and they are so easy to clean. Very soft silicone flange. These were the most comfortable wearables I have had

Pump cups leak and no way to check power
This pump works good until you’re pumping at 1am and the pump cups leak all over. You’ll want to cry because you’re working so hard to feed your baby as it is. The cups have to be replaced every 3 weeks. It’s especially frustrating when you’re in public and have no change of clothes. Also there is no way to check the battery life on the pumps unless you turn them on and the pumps start actually pumping. I wanted to love this pump but after using it for 6 months, I am fed up with it.

Good pump
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice pump to bring to work, especially when your work requires you to move around. It is quiet and discrete good power in suctioning out the milk. The materials are safe and easy to clean. Good capacity as well. Overall highly recommended. And also, this pump is usually covered 100% with most insurance.

I absolutely love these pumps. I never felt emptied with my hand pump so I switched to these especially since I can’t always sit and pump with 2 kids running around, they empty me and work so good.

Disappointed on quality lifetime
When I got these pumps, they were brand new. I unpacked them and was excited to use them. They are my first wearable breast pump. I am now a mom of two so the idea of me getting these breast pump was so I wouldn’t have to be set down while I pump. I have now used them and love how they function, but I have an issue with them. It is not about getting refund. It is not about replacing them. It is about how long they lasted for me. While I had a pumping session, I noticed that one side was not suctioning enough so I took them apart and inspected them to see if anything was broken or loose. It wasn’t, everything was fine just the way it needed to be for it to function. It has been a couple session later and now have given up on them. I thought it was pump hup, but it turns out the whole discrete bundle part needs to be replaced. It is not about getting refund on this pump or it has warranty to get it replaced, It’s about how long they lasted for me. I have only used these pump for a little bit of time. Luckily the discreet bundle part is affordable so now I’m going to order it and hopefully that issue will be taken care of what a disappointment that it only lasted for a MONTH IN A HALF.

Great pump!
I’ve had this pump for about 3 months and it’s been great! As a working momma it’s been great with output, great suction, very discreet and reliable! Easy to use and easy to clean! Only issue Im having is that one broke and have been having a hard time getting it replaced through insurance!

Great until it’s not
I got the wearable pumps through insurance approx 5 weeks ago, I get a good output but now one of them just randomly stopped working. It won’t charge and is constantly vibrating and won’t turn off. It is also hot to the touch. After reading reviews it doesn’t seem lansinoh customer service will be much help so that’s unfortunate.
