Excellent Bread Maker!
This is my first bread maker and it is an absolute game changer compared to baking bread loaves in the oven. It is extremely easy to use, and instructions are easy to follow. I will say my only gripe is that the recipes that it comes with definitely need tinkering.

Great First Experience with My First Bread Maker
I just got the bread maker, so I have only had one opportunity to use it. I was slightly concerned because I chose a little more complicated bread- the Jalapeño Cheddar bread. It was so easy to use the machine, and the bread could not have been more perfect! I was shocked that I had actually made a perfect loaf of bread! My friends loved it.

Nice Breadmaking Machine
I've had to experiment some to adjust the moistness or lack of moistness of the dough during the cycles leading up to the baking process. I found that during the 2nd Knead cycle, I need to add 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of extra flour as this machine requires that much more than recipes call for to become more elastic and springy. Once I figured that out, I had better success with the quality of the finished product, either on a dough cycle, or on a full cycle baking the bread. Every bread machine is different as I learned with my first bread machine, a Hitachi that was 40 years old before it stopped heating up. I have found over the years that every Cusinart product I've purchased was a quality product and this bread machine is no different than the rest of my Cuisinart appliances.

Easy fresh hot bread
It is so easy to make fresh hot bread in this bread maker. Just add the ingredients and make selections for bread type and a light or dark crust. It is a great addition to any kitchen.

Not what I expected
It works ok but keep in mind it isn’t program friendly if you use fresh milled flour. I really wasn’t a fan of the sizing of loaf either. Was on the smaller side.

Fresh bread anyone?
I had researched different machines. I didn’t want anything too big or bulky. This machine is wonderful! It’s not too big, doesn’t take up much counter space and the bread is sooo good! I use the recipes from the booklet. I have not had a “bad” batch yet. It’s easy to clean up and doesn’t make much noise. We don’t buy store bought bread anymore.

Cuisinart Bread Maker - Great Choice!
I’ve only used my maker one time and the only reason I’m giving it a four star is because I only use it to knead and rise bread dough. I can’t give it five stars when I don’t know how it bakes. I have multiple Cuisinart appliances and I have been happy with all of them! That’s why I continue to buy them. The bread maker did a great job and clean up was easy. The timer was accurate. I am sure it would do a great job at baking the bread as well. I am very happy with my purchase!
