Nello Supercalm Calming Drink Mix Supplement Powder - Blue Coconut - 10ct

I liked this. I was hoping it would taste like coconut but it did not at all. It tastes like blue raspberry which is fine- just not what I was hoping for. I do think it is calming. I drink it in the afternoon/evening.

I was really excited to try it, especially because it’s Blue Coconut—coconut is one of my favorite flavors! The first thing I noticed was the packaging. It’s cute, with a nice color palette, and it includes all the important product information. The box recommends drinking one packet twice a day mixed with 8–16 oz of water. I chose 16 oz because I didn’t want it to be too concentrated. When I mixed it, the water turned a vibrant blue, matching the box perfectly. However, when I smelled it, it had a very strong blueberry scent, which was surprising since I expected more of a coconut aroma. I decided to give it a try anyway. Unfortunately, the taste was overly sweet and artificial. It didn’t taste like coconut at all—just… blue. I couldn’t even finish a full packet because the artificial flavor left an unpleasant aftertaste. Because of this, I can’t speak to whether it’s actually calming. I really wish it tasted more like coconut instead of the synthetic, candy-like flavor. It honestly reminded me of a blueberry dum-dum sucker, and it wasn’t enjoyable for me.

Full disclosure, I’ve only taken this for one night. But I did seem to sleep better. I’m writing the review based on the taste. Anybody who has been pregnant and had to take that glucose test to check for gestational diabetes… That’s what this was like. So super sweet. I wanted to drink it at night to help me sleep; however, I didn’t want to drink 16 ounces of liquid shortly before bed or I would be up all night in the bathroom. So I mixed it with 8 ounces. First sip I was like oh no. So then I just chugged it just like you do when you’re taking the glucose test.

The raspberry lemonade flavor is surprisingly refreshing and delicious, without a chalky taste. The power itself dissolves well in a bottle of water, so it’s even great for on the go. I have noticed I experience less negativity during the day and stay more level headed when I drink this. I also appreciate the extra benefits of magnesium and Vitamin D!

These are on my constant restock list! As soon as I run out I buy more. These work so well for me! Great alternative to melatonin or other things. I drink occasionally right before bed after a stressful day or to just help me wind down if I need it. I have had no side effects with this and I take several other medications/supplements. Try this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging is great for travel or to keep in purse. I didn’t care much for the taste, it’s sweet but I would of preferred a little more tang. I didn’t feel a difference in calm/stress level at any point after consumption.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super yummmyyy!!! The flavor is really nice. Sometimes with powders it can get clumpy and weird. But this blended nice and smoothly. I wouldnt say i felt any drowsiness or anything but maybe a calm nerves. It tastes good though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This drink powder has a lot of stevia in it and the raspberry lemonade flavor is quite artificial, but given that, it’s not bad. I just personally dislike stevia so I didn’t really like the taste. It’s pretty easy to prepare and I appreciate the single use packets, especially since the powder is very very fine so it’s easy for some of the powder to float in the air. The powder mixed with water very easily. I couldn’t tell if it was effective at calming anxiety since I was so distracted by the stevia taste. But if you like stevia, maybe this could work for you! At the very least it’s a good reminder to drink a full glass of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this product and I want to say i liked it. I found several advantages: firstly, the packaging is convenient enough to take with you. Secondly this packet can easily be poured into a standard (16 oz) water bottle. Thirdly this product doesn’t make you sleepy! It contains additives that provide gentle stress relief, but ashwagandha, for example, provides energy. It also contains l-theanine, which relives anxiety and stress, and magnesium which supports the nervous system. Vitamin D3 is generally recommended for everyone as a preventative measure. But you should keep this in mind if you take additional supplements separately! I liked the taste: i read in the ingredients that this product contains natural sweeteners, including stevia extract

This is my first time trying a calming drink mix. I found it to be a delicious drink to have when winding down or doing a relaxing activity such as reading or coloring. It’s very easy to make, just add it to a water bottle. The flavor is exactly like a raspberry lemonade. The packaging is also perfect for on the go and can be easily stored. I really like the added vitamins and benefits that are in this drink mix. I definitely think it made me more calm and relaxed as a very anxious person. I would purchase this again and try out the other flavors.

While it mixes well in standard shaker, it does tend to leave a small amount of sediment at the bottom of the glass. It's effective as post-work. It's non-drowsy. However, it tastes a bit chemical
