This stain cleaner is AMAZING. I’ve used this so many times now since having it and used it on pet accidents, baby upholstery things like stroller and car seats, and dog beds. It works SO WELL. Before and after pictures of a dirty dog bed that had already been through the wash once. Highly recommend getting this!!! It’s a total game changer.

I have yet to use the product, but I am displeased that it was delivered to my neighbors residence when the correct address is clearly on the package!! Makes me look like a porch pirate when I go to retrieve it!

Easy to use and easier to empty when done.
Bought this because we have a new puppy and knew there would be accidents and the previous spot cleaner was at the end of it's life. I am very happy with the performance of this cleaner. It was easy to setup, use, and most importantly, to empty. I have purchased different spot cleaners over the years by different companies and this one has been the best so far.

Does not have water running through the handheld add expected in a stain cleaner. You have to spray and use the handheld to remove water from the fabric.

Impressive little machine
Extremely impressed with this little machine, especially considering it’s just a “spot” extractor/stain remover. I have light carpets with those disgustingly dark, embarrassing black filtration/dirt lines along the edges. I’ve tried almost everything and have hired several cleaning companies over the past 14+ years, but no one has really been able to do much. I’d love new carpets, but in the meantime, SharkNinja has once again impressed me. I was debating buying the Bissell Big Green machine because of the tank size and the size of my rooms. However, I might just purchase SharkNinja’s new rug washer instead. Here are some before-and-after pictures. For sure a 4.5 outta 5 star item!
I give this item a 4.5 star rating. I had dog vomit on my passenger side carpet & floor of my car. I barely got around to clean it when it was practically dried up. Surprisingly this worked great!….BUT! The only input of dislike for this, is: 1.wish the hose was longer, its about 4’9/5’ feet long and thats including the nozzle. 2. I wish they had attached to reach tight area that can reach between a 1 1/2 gap. 3. Wish the suction nozzle was smaller so i can use the brush in corners that have walls against them.

Fantastic, does a WONDERFUL job
We got a new puppy and this thing has been a LIFESAVER. It's so easy to use, and it does a wonderful job. I shudder to even think about how our carpets would be without it. It's very easy to run the self-cleaning feature too, so none of that gunk stays in the machine itself. The pieces are easy to take apart and clean, very quick and simple, and it stores easily. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Perfect for pet cleanups
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! It has strong suction and pulls up both stains and pet hair really well. I’ve used it mostly on area rugs and my couch. I also used it with a long extension cord to clean up a coffee spill in my car. I foster dogs so I’m no stranger to pet messes, and it’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it so far. It’s reasonably lightweight, but a little heavy when it’s full. It’s was easy to pack up and loan to a friend when his puppy had some accidents in the house. The tank is on the smaller side, but for spot cleaning it’s more than enough. If you have pets or just want something versatile for everyday spills and stains, this one is totally worth it.

I just ordered the shark pet pro and said it would be delivered February 14th and after I ordered it now saying delivery is February 17th not cool, I needed today but every target store I went to was out of them!

If yo u have a pet you need this
I bought this unit to replace a failing bissell with a new puppy. We have had to use this several times a day with the pet attachment and I love the fact that it has its own container for sucked up liquid. I have also use the other attachment my couch. Love the product

Game changer!
I am beyond pleased with this product! Initially, the machine was a bit smaller than I had anticipated, which was fine because I only use it to treat small areas on my carpet. The self cleaning feature is an absolute game changer. I’ve used many carpet cleaners throughout the years as I have a dog and this one surpasses any of the other with flying colors. 100% worth every penny.

Super unsatisfied to say the least.upon first use I realize I have a major leak somewhere! Ya come to find out the hose below the attachment is completely slit open . Which makes this machine useless
