I’ve felt so much less depleted this second time around. I’ve nursed my kids 14+ months and these supplements have helped me feel so much better than I did with the generic prenatal vitamins my obgyn advised me to take after my first baby.

I’ve been taking Anya postnatals since having my little in July of 2024, and initially got the full post partum package with nipple balm and body cream, as well as lactation tea. After I stopped needing the balm and cream (I’m drowning in body products already) I’ve switched to just the postnatal supplements. I’ve been BFing this whole time and am overproducing. My baby has been in the 90s percentiles for height and weight and I’ve donated over 3000oz while also creating a 1000oz + stash for our deep freezer. I use these along with a Legendairy supplement for my milk supply and have been blessed with a healthy supply for my baby and others’ babies. The subscription package is a good deal and I like not having to think about getting it, just set up the recurring order as I need it. I also get lots of compliments on my skin even though I have so little time for a good skin routine these days! I’m planning on continuing to use these!

I love these! I used them with my first postpartum and am using them again with my second. They say how important replenishing your body is postpartum but my prenatal vitamins were so expensive. This is a wonderful and clean set of vitamins at a reasonable price. Highly recommend :)
