One the unit has fully cooled create a paste with a small amount of water and baking soda and use a cleaning soft bristle brush to apply the paste onto the coil or areas that have stuck on food residue. We recommend that you allow this paste to sit for about 20 minutes and then use the soft bristle cleaning brush to scrub the coil unit clean. We hope this helps! - Dash Team
