Poorly marketed

Great product. It would sell better if you actually said what made it different from the regular saline. It feels like it has more baking soda in it to help break up mucus, so you should advertise it as such. I really wish it was easier to find and buy.

The Eucalyptus BURNS!!

I bought this last week, not realizing that the only can of this on the shelf was the variety with eucalyptus. I've used plain Simply Saline many times and it works great, but the eucalyptus BURNS! This is VERY PAINFUL to use. The membranes inside your nose are sensitive, and this adds to the sensitivity.

My wife and I love this product and use it nearly every day, but the dispenser cap does not function well, or at all on some of the bottles. I have one now that pressing the cap as hard as I can still does not release any saline. This happens so frequently that I feel the company should really do a redesign. The original dispenser cap was much less prone to these issues.

defective! nozzle shoots 8 feet in the air

I use the simply saline product not marketed for babies and love it and will continue to use it. My local drug store didn't carry a travel size (for carrying on a plane) in the regular version but I found the one in the baby aisle that was only 3.1 oz so I could carry it on. When I got home and did the first spritz into the air (which it tells you to do when you buy it), it shot up to the ceiling! I barley even pressed down! I tried it in my nose and it was very uncomfortable! It shot way up there and didn't have a nice misting action that dispersed the stream like my previously used simply saline product had. This was a jet stream and no spray! Anyone else have this problem?! I assume I got a defective one, I can't imagine this is how they intended to spray a baby's nose! I'll be returning it to the drug store, but the company should really look into the nozzle- my nozzle says it is for infants and is a shorter stumpy nozzle, not like the one pictured that is on the original simply saline product not marketed for babies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Simply Saline baby nasal Relief and was so happy to see a new product that's gentle and easy to use. Our house tends to get dry at night during the winter so I thought this may be just perfect for the baby. Definitely helped with the dryness and stuffiness. Helped with breathing and giving some moisture to her nose so it didn't get so dry while sleeping. We noticed a difference after a couple of sprays. Definitely will continue to use.
