The taste isn’t good and 1 strip seems too strong for me. I’m going to try half a strip and making sure to definitely eat enough food with it.

TASTES TERRIBLE!!! I haven’t had anything taste this bad since brown Listerine. I’d NEVER use these by choice. Their size is handy, but YUCK the stevia and monk fruit are absolutely disgusting.

Works!

I was hesitant to try these strips as I am very sensitive to caffeine. However, the strip did not give me any jitters, nervousness or affect my sleep. What it did do was provide a nice, gentle increase in energy and focus which allowed me to complete a task I had been dreading! The berry flavor had a mildly medicinal taste to it, but it was tolerable, and washed away easily with a sip of water.The strips do take a little longer than expected to dissolve and there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to figuring out how to avoid having the strip stick to the roof of your mouth. I found that it is best to keep your mouth slightly open once you have placed the strip on your tongue. Otherwise, if you fully close your mouth right after placing the strip on your tongue, it will immediately adhere to the roof of your mouth. Overall, I find these to be a good product and will continue to purchase them!

Great Taste!

I’ve often struggled with concentration due to what I suspect is ADHD, but these strips have been a total shift for me. I take one first thing in the morning and finally feel capable of tackling my entire to-do list. The taste is great, and they dissolve almost instantly on the roof of my mouth. Good concept-horrible tasting

I think the packaging and concept is great-sleek-convenient. My complaint is the taste. I had a very tough time with how it tasted, I did not taste the fruitiness at all and it left an awful after taste. Maybe if they were came in another flavor, I would prefer it.

It has a decent flavor, dissolves quickly enough, and does give a good boost of energy but it doesn’t last very long. I do like it if I know I need a boost for about an hour or so because that’s about what I get. I don’t think I’d purchase though or use this to replace my coffee or my occasional energy drinks

Mixed Feelings

I used it before going to a class after a full day of work and felt awake and not jittery. That being said, I did not like the flavor at all, but I also tend to not like artificial berry flavored things. Also the product didn't stay on my tongue instead getting stuck on the roof of my mouth.

Gentle Energy Boost

Quick and Easy

I received these to try and I will be purchasing. As someone who kicked the energy drinks to the curb a few years ago, these provide a great pick me up in the afternoon. That point in the day that if I were to have a cup of coffee I would be up for hours. With these strips I had no issues getting sleep later that night.
