    Great sleep aid!!

In the morning, I woke up feeling rested and it didn’t leave me feeling drowsy. It’s easy to store in my bathroom so if I have to take it, I can do it about 30 minutes before I go to bed.

    Works of you follow the directions

I love the idea of a couple gummies before bedtime instead of a pill - and they are purple! I do think these help you feel sleepier after taking them, but you have to turn off all distractions so you fall asleep, otherwise you can miss your window.

    Didn’t work

I am currently taking a prescription medication to sleep and thought this would be a nice natural alternative. Unfortunately, after taking it for seven or eight nights, it did very little to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. I would not recommend.

I love that they have a blend of melatonin, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) and their own combo of "dream botanicals". So it's totally natural and non-habit forming for a soft gentle way to better sleep. The gummies are a bit on the firmer side in the best way, you only need 2 about 30 mins before you're ready to sleep and the strawberry taste is SO good! While trying these gummies out for a few weeks I did have several days that I was able to sleep longer than usual but the effect wasn't consistent. However, I think that they may work better on someone that isn't chronically ill like myself and/or has a better reaction to sleep aids in general, which I don't.

Melatonin has been a trusted way to help sleep for years. This Ultra sleep 3 in 1 formula from Natrol is absolutely a game changer. I just came off a two week rest from melatonin so these worked absolutely great. The GABA and "dream" formula of chamomile, tart cherry and lemon balm are the extra oomph to help create a super calming feeling to help me fall asleep. It only took about 30 minutes to work, and these taste great, a super soft gummy with a nice raspberry flavor. I recommend these for anyone who needs a little help sleeping. The are great!
