The formula also boasts an herbal blend of organic ginger root, fennel seed, peppermint, apple fiber and organic shiitake to support comfortable digestion, nutrient absorption, and regularity.* For fiber support, take 2 tsp of NatureWise FiberGLP with 8 fl oz of water. For GLP-1 level support*, take 4 tsp of NatureWise FiberGLP with 16 oz of water. NatureWise FiberGLP is third party tested and manufactured in the USA.
