This “mattress protector” caused my mattress to mold inside!! Do not put this on when you receive your new mattress. I guess your mattress has glues that need to evaporate when it arrives and expands in your house. We covered our mattress when we got it, which caused mold to grow on the inside of the cover. Our house does not have mold anywhere. We only noticed the mold when we unzipped the cover to wash it. Look into getting the non zip covers, you’ll save yourself the hassle of having to purchase a new mattress. Do your research on mattress covers that zip completely. Do not purchase!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress protector is very thin. When taking it out of the box it was very loud as all sides except the top was uncovered plastic. The top of the mattress protector was covered by a very thin layer of what felt like tee shirt material which might be good for people who don’t want extra bulk. Unfortunately it is not made for deep mattresses (the mattress i was attempting to put it on is 14” deep). I did like that it had elastic at the corners so it could fit mattresses of varying ‘normal’ thickness snugly.

This is waterproof and great for guest bedrooms or for kids bedrooms. Great protection from spills and splashes. Since it’s fully zippered it provides great allergen and bedbug protection. I am so happy that this is made from cotton. I am super happy with the quality of this mattress protector. Easy to wash and dry as well! Overall the best!

The fabric of quality made, so it does not feel like it will come apart or allow moisture to leak through to the mattress. Allows for the sheet to fit on to as well.

I would most definitely recommend this product if you have kids that wet, the bed will most definitely protect your mattress and it is machine washable. Love that it protects the full mattress from spills and accidents. Zipper is easy to open and close. Material does not feel cheaply made and does not tear easily, Price is definitely worth it.
