Q: Can this be used on the inside thigh? If yes will this help with my chub rub (chafing)? When I go shopping for 2-3 hours and forgot my chafing stick it burns because of them rubbing together. Will this help numb the pain of the friction burn?

In the event an article of clothing becomes stained, the best resource to contact to remove the stain would be the manufacturer for the clothing as they will have the most accurate cleaning instructions. Good for me !
This roll on works best for me to put on. And it does provide relief. I put some on if I go out for a bit helps me to move a bit more at ease. Than I put a heat pad on before bed time and I sleep comfortably.

Save your money
I really don’t feel like this does anything. Used a few times for lower back pain and inflammation but it didn’t help at all or make a difference. Tiger balm helped more. Wouldn’t recommend in my opinion.
