A couple of sprays in each nostril and now I'm feeling much better. I like the fresh scent of this spray. This allergy relief is a once-daily spray and it truly lasts 24 hours.

It has a normal scent to it. Luckily, you don’t need to get a prescription for it. You can literally buy it over-the-counter but as for me, I got iton here as a sample, but highly recommend everybody get something because this allergy season is crazy.

Like many, I’m allergic to some grass pollen, and spring can go from beautiful to terrible once the pollen is everywhere. Flonase is the only allergy medicine that has worked for me with seasonal environmental allergies, and when I forget a day, it’s a bad day. The bottle is slim and easy to use, and I usually just do one spray per nostril daily after the initial two-sprays week to get my body adjusted.
