I purchased this mascara based on the reviews, but I was not impressed at all. It clumped my lashes and it flaked after a while. It also didn't wash off as easily as my regular mascara does. That being said, I'm sticking with my L'Oreal mascara.

This mascara is great at first application. It's easy to apply, gives great volume, and fluffy, defined lashes; However, at the end of the day, I have raccoon eyes. I have combination skin, but don't usually have issues with eye makeup transfer.

My lashes look exceptional when I first do my lashes with this mascara. But I work a 6hr day and by the time I get home I have panda eyes and little flakes. Love other Essence mascara but this one doesn’t work for me.

The best for my pale whisps of eyelashes
You might say I have the eyelashes of an albino mouse. Almost. That’s why I need this mascara so much! I’ve been buying it for years and nothing else in this price range has ever done so much for my pale, this eyebrows. On top of that, it doesn’t flake like a lot of other products. I love that it stays on when I cry really well (I’m a mom in grad school so it happens) or somehow get my face wet. Even when it started looking a little messy, I used a little spoolie and re arranged my lashes and was fine. It removes well with warm water or micelar water.
