Think I’m one of the hair/scalp types that works with this line from Nexxus My hair and scalp overall do very well with this brand, and I have a sensitive scalp I always wash twice before conditioning personally, and this is definitely a perfect lightweight shampoo, doesn’t dry my hair out any more than my hair already is I have wavy and frizzy hair, I’d say the frizz factor for this line only works once you have dried and styled it after, otherwise doesn’t affect my hairs natural state But overall I love this!

I've been working a lot on getting my hair healthy again after dying and bleaching so much and trying to get it to fade away too, this makes my hair look and feel so healthy and this has always been one of my favorite brands for hair products. This specific shampoo is really great though!!

Drying and not as advertised
I have long fine wavy/curly hair that is frizzy. This was very drying and caused my hair to be tangled and fall out more during washing. The matching conditioner didn’t reduce frizz either. My hair was very frizzy, dry, and tangled after using. I don’t recommend this product unless you want a clarifying shampoo that is drying. Too bad because the scent is a nice light sweet jasmine.

Love it!
I’ve been dealing with extreme dryness the past 6-8 months and have tried so many shampoos/conditioners but nothing worked! I decided to really research it and found out we have hard water so I bought a Jolie shower head (filters your water) and started using this shampoo/conditioner combo. Holy WOW! My hair no longer feels like straw! It’s so soft and silky! I read a lot of bad reviews on this shampoo and I honestly don’t think it’s the product but the actual water people shower with. Just my two cents on what helped me if you’re in the same predicament. I actually like this better than my bumble & bumble products!

Not worth it!!
The shampoo was very thick, and goopy feeling, it did not lather very well at all, and my hair DID NOT feel clean when I used it. I followed the shampoo with the matching conditioner, even worse. When I rinsed the conditioner out of my hair, my hair felt so dry. I thought I missed a product that was supposed to be used with these, nope. My hair already feels dry because it’s bleached, so I was looking for something that would help moisturize. I only wash my hair twice a week, but it still dried it out so bad. Definitely not worth the money they want for it. I will never buy this brand again, as this was a terrible experience!

Terrible
I hate this stuff. I have thick wavy hair that tends to get frizzy in the summer. I had high hopes for this shampoo and conditioner but it failed miserably and somehow left my hair even frizzier than before! I will be returning both.

I had to use it 6 times, never had a terrible shampoo as this My hair got horrible once I rinsed it . I wasted money aTime and product to clean my hair. I am very disappointed ☹️
