A: These capsules are huge! Literally the biggest capsules I have ever seen. I have difficulty swallowing pills, so I was afraid to even try to swallow them.

Its all in there.
now twenty buccz for 60ct nature made pills of any of its supplements is a deal. for the variation in the magnesium vitamin is also another good deal. BUT I WAS NOT EXPECTING TO GET LESS than full bottle. I've received bottles even chips before that wasn't a full bottle but THIS was a little alarming to me-it was MORE "than a usual" at the emptiness. I DID COUNT THEM and its all there@60 count. their on the large side.

You charged a dollar for a bag use it’s supposed to be $.10 a bag so if you’re overcharging for bags, what makes me think you’re not overcharging for everything else

Horrible idea. And why take two pills why not pill
I wanted 400 mg of magnesium in one pill like I have bought for many years and works for me. However, you did not have that. I was forced to buy thus 200 mg magnesium mixed with zinc and vitamin D. If I take four pills to get my 400 mg of magnesium I will be overdosing on Zinc! Please stop this way of doing business. Please go back to 400 mg of magnesium in one pill, no soy, zinc or Vitamin D.

Too strong, causes headaches!
Started taking it for two days and I have been developing headaches for two days in a row now since I started taking it and I woke up with a pounding headache as well. I noticed a correlation this evening after taking it, I developed another headache about an hour after my taking it. I did some research and high doses of magnesium can cause a headache and a morning headache as well. This product is very strong. Obviously it’s working, but I think maybe it’s just too much for my body. I think im a fast metabolizer.

Great Supplement
Thr Magnesium Complex capsules are a game changer. I have taken them for a month so far. My sleep and therefore my energy levels have improved significantly. I initially purchased for menstrual cramps and I see a significant improvement there as well. I will continue to use them! The only downside in my opinion is that the capsules are a bit large and you have to take two of them at a time. Other than that 10/10!

Missing Some Magnesium?
Seems odd that a Magnesium supplement would only have 55% of your daily recommended Magnesium. I was hoping for more because I was really happy that it also had D3 and Zinc. They could do better with upping the Glycinate and adding K3 which helps D3 to absorb better

These are easy to swallow since they’re gel caps. I’m personally a big fan of taking magnesium daily before bed. I do like that these are a blend of vitamins.

Easy to take

I appreciate I can get in one pill but I used to take a couple for. Good size, good combination of benefits, and a brand I'm always happy with. I will stick with these instead of taking separate supplements.
