Warning - Hair loss, sensitive scalp
I wish I had read reviews before trying this shampoo. I have fine, thin, straight hair that gets greasy quickly. After using a more natural brand for a few months my hair is frizzy and not soft, so I wanted to try something to clarify and soften my hair and unfortunately picked this one. During the first use my hair came out in clumps after lathering, which is alarming as I already have thin hair - reminded me of the hair loss I had postpartum. When I got out of the shower, my scalp had a burning/tingling sensation and then peeled in flakes the next day. I know not everyone has this reaction, but after seeing reviews it is not uncommon. Other than that, my hair was slightly softer, but was greasy by the end of the day so I wouldn't recommend for others with my hair type. I only used it once two days ago and my scalp still feels sensitive when I brush my hair which is really abnormal for me.

Smells very good /kind of an earthy, slightly musky, almost cologne scent. The smell does seem to linger and it’s great to catch a whiff every now and then. Had to use a bit more than other conditioners but it rinsed clean and my hair felt very soft after. Frizz still there but that’s a constant personal battle. Bottles are small for the price but on sale it’s ok. Still worth 5 stars!

i've been using this shampoo for almost a month now, don't get me wrong, It made my hair look and feel better than before and less greasy, but I kid you not.. literally after the first wash of using this shampoo my hair started falling out a lot. As somebody who already loses a lot of hair in the shower I noticed it falling out a lot more than it usually does and actually found the shower drain to be getting clogged literally every week which is insane. Along with the fact that after I just clean out my hair brush I start losing clumps of hair within every pass of brushing in my hair I do. It also dried out my scalp a lot and made it really itchy/giving me a flaky scalp. I wanted to like it really bad but it's a no from me unfortunately.
