Lightweight but not enough for me
I usually use the SPF 30 Ultra-Light Moisturizing Lotion due to my oily face and I like the matte finish. I tried this one since it's SPF 50 and has niacinamide which the ultra-light doesn't. It's definitely lighter weight than the older SPF 30 AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion version. However, I don't like the feel when I touch my face after applying. For now I'll stick with the ultra-light. Hopefully Cerave comes out with an SPF 50 with niacinamide version.

Burning sensation, don't use

I’ve been using the 30 spf fine for years and saw the 50 spf , I’d thought I’d give it a try but for some reason when it was hot and I started to sweat a little my neck started to feel like it was burning and I had a big red rash and now my skin looks bad around my neck looks like something burned my skin

White cast, greasy, burns
Didn’t work for me personally! Left a white cast and made me look very greasy. Greasiness got slightly better after a couple hours but still not great. Considered keeping it anyways until I wore it while sweating. It burned my eyes and left white powdery streaks down my face/neck.

Crappy spf burns my face when in the sun!
Burns my face after I start to sweat a little. I have been using the 30 spf but I was told to go up to 50spf because I have really bad Melissa on my face. I bought this around fall of last year. Started using it and there were no problems no reaction. Then I started to notice that on those very warm days in the fall, my face would start to burn. Like when you cut up hot peppers and forget to wash your hand and you touch face king of thing. I threw it out and bought another one and it's doing the same thing. This isn't normal. I can use it when it's cold and cloudy but I can't seem to use it during sunny this which defeats the purpose of wearing this if it's not going to do it's job. I love cerave but I believe this product isn't working properly for me. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Not the same as 30spf
I've been using the 30 spf for a couple years with no issues. My only complaint is with makeup, my mascara can run a tad at the end of the day. I just saw the 50 spf in stores the other day and thought I'd try it and it's awful. My skin looks and feels like I have rosacea. Totally red, inflamed, textured to the touch. Now I'm going to have to go without anything for awhile (on hottest week of the year) and hope it recovers.
