    Two weeks in and still

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks in and still seeing no real difference. I told myself I give all this 1 month, but after two weeks I’m not very hopeful. My energy hasn’t increased and I haven’t lost any weight or inches around my midsection. I continue to eat a high protein low sugar/carb diet, but I have seen no change in my body at all.

The berberine always get stuck in my throat, even if I drink plenty of water. I only tried one bottle and didnt feel anything. I am assuming you would have to take at least 3 bottles but the price keeps me from doing that

    I was skeptical about trying

I've been taking this 2x day (1 with lunch, 1 with dinner) for 5 weeks now & have noticed a few things. 1- My cravings for sweets aren't as bad. 2- My appetite has decreased 3- The biggest thing I noticed is my gut health has drastically improved. I know this is "TMI" but for the 1st time in years I'm regular. I haven't had any weight loss thus far but am hoping with continued use there will be.
