I have chronic dry eyes and this is the best eyedrop I've found. Provides soothing, lasting relief and you can use as often as you like.

I have dry eye induced episceleritis in my left eye. I have tried a majority of drops, gels, and ointments on the market. I eventually ended up on steroids but the long term side effects are horrible, and knew I could only use them short term until I found a solution. Refresh/-cellulose based drops recommended by my opthalmologists were keeping my condition persistently aggravated, and no one had any idea this was the case. As I continued to experiment with drops, I started Systane’s PF hydration drops, and with two weeks of consistent use, my dry eye induced episcleritis finally subsided. This was after 6 months of trial and error with eye drops. Now I only have to use eye drops in the winter or when i use the heater. Give these a try, and make sure when you’re using these, do NOT use any other brand simultaneously. Formulations definitely do react with one another, several combos were making my eyes significantly more irritated. At night, plan to out in these drops just before you are about to sleep - put a couple drops in each eye, and close your eyelids and keep them closed until morning.

I use Systane Hydration daily. My eyes instantly feel hydrated when I put the drops in.

Works well if you need a preservative free option. Keeps my eyes hydrated. Helps when inserting and removing hard contact lenses.

The dropper design is horrible. I had a sample vial and thought the product itself was adequate so I ordered a bottle. It is so difficult to get even a drop out of the bottle, it is a waste of money.

This product is okay. I think it would be better if it was also for red itching eyes

These eye drops are great. They felt very refreshing and took any redness or itchiness out of my eyes. I would definitely recommend please eye drops

The product is good but I find myself needing to apply more frequently than other brands purchased in the past.

This product does feel like it soothes and hydrated my eyes! My eyes have a tendency to feel dry and red, and these drops bring a sense of cooling to my eyes. I'm not sure about how they dispense because it's hard to be accurate with them, so that's the only negative I can say about it.

This years allergies have been really hard on my eyes. These drops have definitely helped my dry eyes.

These systane hydration eye drops are where its at! I had pink eye about 2 weeks ago and have suffered from severe dry eye since, I was waking up and my eyes were literally stuck shut, these drops have saved my eyes! I put drops in before bed and I wake up with just regular dry eyes now!

These eye drops work great. My eyes are sensitive to most eye drops I've tried, which often burn and still leave my eyes feeling dry. Systane eye drop actually leave my eyes feeling lubricated without the burn. I will definitely use these from now on.

Out of all of the eye wetting drops I have tried, this one did the trick! I only had to put one drop in both eyes, and they stayed moist for hours! These weren't red eye relief, which would have been the cherry on top, but they definitely did what they were intended to do. So keep in mind, if you're looking for something to get rid of red eyes, this wouldn't be for you, but for all other purposes, I approve! I had something stuck in my eye that, for the life of me, I just couldn't find or remove. I flushed my eye with this and voila! It was instantly relieved. Will definitely purchase in the near future!

This is an honest review. Used these eye drops and a haze came over my eyes. Will not use them again. I did read the ingredients and saw hydrochloric acid as an ingredient which I have used as a drain cleaner so I stopped using the eye drops.

Works great in keeping my eyes hydrated I would definitely recommend it it's easy to use and small enough to carry in your purse or pocket I wouldn't change anything thank you for this opportunity

I received these eye drops for free for testing and review. They have been wonderful for my severe dry eyes. I suffer from allergies all year long. They last longer than many other eye drops I've tried before. I like that these lubricate, last longer and even gets rid of redness, unlike many other brands I've tried.

This product was great for dry eyes. My eyes get really dry from allergies and it's hard finding something ther doesn't make them burn more, but this seemed to work and didn't cause any issues
