Systane Hydration Multi-Dose Preservative Free Dry Eye Drops - 0.34oz/2pk

I have dry eye induced episceleritis in my left eye. I have tried a majority of drops, gels, and ointments on the market. I eventually ended up on steroids but the long term side effects are horrible, and knew I could only use them short term until I found a solution. Refresh/-cellulose based drops recommended by my opthalmologists were keeping my condition persistently aggravated, and no one had any idea this was the case. As I continued to experiment with drops, I started Systane’s PF hydration drops, and with two weeks of consistent use, my dry eye induced episcleritis finally subsided. This was after 6 months of trial and error with eye drops. Now I only have to use eye drops in the winter or when i use the heater. Give these a try, and make sure when you’re using these, do NOT use any other brand simultaneously. Formulations definitely do react with one another, several combos were making my eyes significantly more irritated. At night, plan to out in these drops just before you are about to sleep - put a couple drops in each eye, and close your eyelids and keep them closed until morning.

Works well if you need a preservative free option. Keeps my eyes hydrated. Helps when inserting and removing hard contact lenses.

The dropper design is horrible. I had a sample vial and thought the product itself was adequate so I ordered a bottle. It is so difficult to get even a drop out of the bottle, it is a waste of money.
