Formulated for pre-conception, pregnancy, and nursing, this liquid multivitamin has a vitamin and mineral complex to support the nutrient needs of you and your baby before, during, and after pregnancy. Since your body is going through many physical and hormonal changes while pregnant and after giving birth, additional nutrients are often needed which can be obtained through supplementation. With ingredients like vitamin A as beta carotene, choline bitartrate, and potassium iodide, you know you’re providing important nutrients for you and your baby. Help prepare your body for pregnancy and promote healthy fetal development with this tasty berry-flavored liquid multivitamin. Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Adults, take 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz), once daily, by itself or add to any drink or smoothie. Our Liquid Prenatal can be taken on an empty stomach, with food or liquid, or after a hearty meal. Best taken in the morning.

Love this brand and vitamin

I love this one! Has the versions of ingredients I’m looking for like methylated folate and b12. Has more mg of the vitamins than most pill vitamins and doesn’t taste bad at all. I have it first thing in the morning and doesn’t upset my stomach like most supplements can. This is my third bottle and will continue to purchase

I think the procuct has a great quality and the flavor isn't bad. Are vitamins supposed to taste "good"? Not sure why some reviewers are complaining about the taste. You can easily just add it to your morning juice. I always just pour it in a small water bottle and chug it cold. I recommend this product if you can remember taking it. I forget often so I switched to the same brand but gummies only because it's easier for me to remember. I have this for backup at work for another layer of peace of mind in case I forget to take the gummies too! 😆

uh no

I’ve been onto Mary Ruth for a while and tried a lot of different products in the lineup including this one most recently and the taste is trying to be berry but not as sweet as the popular hair liquids just got a bite sort of tart tang to it much different some may like it but I did not.

Bad taste and stomach pain

I threw this down the drain. I am 2 months postpartum and was looking for vitamins to support my breastfeeding journey. I bought this product but the taste was very strong and unpleasant. However that is not the reason why I threw it away, the reason was intense abdominal pain after consumption. This happened to me every time I drank these vitamins. I can’t believe this is for pregnant women …

The flavor isn’t bad at all, not sure what the bad reviews are talking about. It’s like a juice, so I either shoot it straight or add it to juice and it’s tasty to me. This has been the best postnatal for me, makes me feel the best and has better quality ingredients/vitamins than the other postnatals you can get from most stores. I only wish it was a bigger bottle!

I needed to switch my prenatal and thought liquid was something I wanted to try. I’ve only been using it for about a week, so I haven’t been able to notice any difference. I was a little hesitant because of the negative reviews about the flavor, but the flavor is not bad at all and tastes like an orange flintstone vitamin. If you don’t like the flavor, it is very easily masked in a smoothie. The one downside is that this does not have iron in it.
