    NasalFresh MD

    I’ve been battling sinus issues for years—everything from seasonal allergies to the dry, recirculated air in my office. I was stuck in the awful cycle of using chemical decongestant sprays (you know the ones), only to suffer from rebound congestion a few hours later. I picked up NasalFresh MD out of sheer frustration, and I’m honestly impressed. The good: First, the formula is gentle. It’s a preservative-free, isotonic mist, so there is zero burning sensation. Unlike saline sprays that just feel like water dripping out of your nose, this actually hydrates the mucosal lining. Within two days of using it morning and night, my chronic "sandpaper nose" feeling disappeared. Second, the mist is ultra-fine. It doesn’t feel like you’re snorting a garden hose. It reaches deep into the sinuses without triggering a coughing fit. Third—and this is huge for me—no rebound effect. Because it’s drug-free (just purified water, saline, and a natural hydrating agent), I can use it every few hours when the air is especially dry without worrying about dependency. The neutral: It’s not a decongestant. If you are completely blocked by a cold or thick mucus, you still need to blow your nose or use a rinse first. This is for maintenance and moisture, not for breaking up cement-like plugs. Verdict: If you suffer from nosebleeds, CPAP dryness, or simply hate the sting of regular sprays, buy this. It has become my desk drawer essential. For the first time in years, I forgot I had sinuses for a whole afternoon. That is a win.

    Hands down the best. You will not be disappointed

    I am in heaven with my NasalFresh! It is so easy to use and much more effective and soothing than other nasal irrigation washes. My 12 year old son loves it to! One of the things that sets this unit apart is being able to adjust the nasal pillows. When you get that pristine suction and nothing drips… I love it so much I don’t want the water to run out! I’d also like to give a shout out the Customer Service team. I did have an issue my unit after about 5 months. The Customer Service team (Kaila & Magda) called me the day after I submitted my issue. I didn’t recognize the # so I didn’t answer, but they left a very detailed and friendly message. The next day they called again… I missed that call… and the 3rd day they emailed me! I was so impressed with the kind persistence and eagerness to help solve my issue. I recommend Nasal Fresh MD 1,000%.

    I love my new nasal irrigation kit Nasal Fresh MD Is the best.

    That’s an excellent product ,I really recommend it, I have multiple allergies , and this irrigator helps me a lot to clear my airways. It’s very easy to use, easy to clean.

    My whole family has seasonal

    My whole family has seasonal allergies so when I came across this machine I decided to give it a try. We use saline spray so I thought this might be more cost effective over time and better for the environment. It took a little getting used to but I finally figured out the right amount of pressure to use and is really great. My kids use it too and we all agree it is much better than the saline spray cans. There's a lot more power and gets out congestion much better. We don't use it everyday but definitely when allergies flare. It's easy to set up and clean too. After about 15 months the unit started sputtering and then the motor seemed to stop working. I watched all the videos on cleaning and troubleshooting but none of those methods helped so I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and very helpful, and offered solutions to resolve the issue. Given the great customer service and the effectiveness of the machine, I would highly recommend Nasal Fresh MD!

    The Best Product Available

    I hesitated to purchase the Nasalfresh machine, but only because I had problems in the past with purchases seen on social media. I'm happy that wasn't the case here. The machine arrived promptly and I love it. I used neti pots for years and they were effective, but the vacuum action of the NaselFresh brings it to a whole new level. I only had one issue with the machine, emailed the company and got an immediate reply solving the problem. I've already reccomended the product to a lot of people. You won't be disappointed.

    I do love the NasalFresh MD. It is a game changer. . I struggle with allergies that can give me sinus infections. This product is easier to use than the bottles you put salt water into. Plus the added pressure gets out more of the congestion without it being uncomfortable. The customer service is good too

    Game changer!

    After 40 years of sinus issues, multiple surgeries, terrible allergies, this machine has provided the relief I have been looking for, wish I had found this sooner!     Great customer support

    I have been able to interact with customer support a few times since initially purchasing this product. The good news is that NasalFresh does stand behind their product so far and the device works amazingly well when it works. The bad news is that the reliability of the product is not as good as you would hope. Two units have failed so far, each working for approximately two months. My hope is that they will improve their product to avoid having to return it so often.

    The product works great . . . . when it works. I have had to send back the first one because it stopped working after 1 month. The second one sent was also defective; the suction part of the product did not work. I will say the customer service is 5 star. They will take care of the problem and they will keep helping until the problem is solved.

    NasalFresh is a game changer

    I am really enjoying using the NasalFresh MD unit. It has been very helpful in managing my allergies and sinus issues helping to keep my airway clear so I can sleep better and breathe! I had an issue with the activation button, but within minutes of reaching out to customer support they have it all taken care of. Wonderful and quick with no hassle! 5 stars!!

    My unit had a problem

    I received my unit in a very timely fashion. After using it for a couple of months for some reason it stopped working. I reached out to nasal fresh customer service and received a very prompt email response asking for further information needed so that they could identify the problem. After which I received a very timely response via phone call. My customer service rep was so nice and very knowledgeable about the unit and offered to replace my unit which I accepted. Great service Nasal Fresh and I would proudly recommend your company to anyone looking at reviews.
