I’ve been using this product for years. I took a break for three months and discovered that my hair and nails suffered! I’m back to my daily routine and plan to stick with it! The collagen protein really works!

I've been taking this bc someone recommended it to me but after using it a few times I found something inside the container that wasn't supposed to be there. Idk what it is but it broke when I tried pressing it but was solid. Unfortunately, seems like this is the main problem for everyone but there is no scoop, unfortunately but that doesnt matter to me bc we should all have those measuring spoons at our house.

Once I finish my old container, Im very excited to try the new packaging! My family has committed to as little plastic as possible. I have been using collagen for years but this particular brand has been the best so far. Easy to add in any type of food. Dissolves well and tasteless.
Formula has changed. Very disappointed.

I have been using the unflavored vital proteins for over 2 years. One scoop in my coffee every morning. I used to love this product until now. It is obvious the formula has changed. The powder is a bit thicker and consistency does not mix as well. There is an aftertaste whereas prior there was not. Very disappointed considering I used to love this product.

The container is cardboard and was very difficult to open. You have to squeeze the sides and lift off the paper top? I am shocked to say the least! They can't afford an actual plastic container with a screw on lid? This is my first time using this collagen, so I can't comment on the product. But considering how cheap the packaging is, I'm not impressed at all.

I have been a customer of Collagen Peptides, and wanted to have a product that included Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C but 9.33 OZ at the price I was paying for the Advanced product was disappointing. I will not order it again and will look at other products.

I don’t understand why this gets good reviews?! I only use two tablespoons and it turns into paste at the bottom of my drink. Then I usually just eat it with a spoon and it’s disgusting. I’ll go back to vitamins and gummies.

Teaspoons, tablespoons and grams and label instructions, needing some guidance. If one rounded tablespoon of collagen peptides is about 15 grams, then it would follow that 4 tablespoons would be about 60 grams. The label on Vital Proteins Collagen peptides states “serving size 4 tablespoons (20 g)”. Am I missing something? Big difference in teaspoons and tablespoons. I would guess for 20 g dosage, 4 teaspoons would be closer to 20 g.

Been taking this for over 3 years and I love it. It dissolves total in my coffee. I have thought about going to another brand just because of the new packaging. I have to cut a hole in it and pour it into my old plastic container. Have spilled alot on just trying to open. This was a very bad idea to change package.

I love the product but cannot open the new “paper” container. I have arthritis in my hands and this morning I finally had to take a knife and chop up the top to get into the container. This is ridiculous. Please go back to the screw top. If not, I will have to change to a brand I can open. I hate to do that as I have been taking Vital Proteins for many years. There must be a way to be friendly to the environment and still make a container those of us with arthritis can open!!

We are happy to provide some information regarding our product filling quantities: Our canisters are filled by weight (as specified by the number of ounces on your canister) rather than volume. Due to the nature of the powder product, some canisters may have a denser batch of collagen, resulting in an amount that appears to be "lower" in the canister, or even a more loosely-packed batch that appears to be "higher" in the canister! However, all of our canisters are filled to the exact weight and number of servings as listed! We leave extra room in the canister to allow for the product to expand and settle, as it tends to do so during transport. To account for this, we provide an average fill line on our canisters indicated by a small line at the edge of your product's label and is labeled "FILL LINE". At Vital Proteins, we believe protecting our planet is vital. As of December 2022, we began to remove our plastic scoops from all products. We have the belief that caring for people also means caring for their environment.

I take this product to get extra protein in my diet among other general, if less critical, wellness benefits. I appreciate the new packaging so much because ai hated thrown a huge plastic tub in the recycling every two weeks. Keep it up Vital proteins! I’m a fan!!
