    Brita faucet mount

    They are good quality but the faucet mount has been a challenge at times by leaking regular water while in a filtered position. Although the level indicates it has more time (green color versus red). A gasket maybe needed on certain faucets which they include in these kits. We have been customers for many years.

    You get what you pay for.

    The first faucet filter, we thought was defective. It was difficult to switch from filtered to nonfiltered with the switch. It was hard to turn. I think it was just installed incorrectly. The second faucet filter we purchased worked well for 15 months. It definitely filtered the chlorine out of the water. Our water tastes good and smells good when using the filter. After 15 months the faucet filter started leaking. When the water filter was replaced on the leaking faucet filter, the red button did not turn green. My husband purchased our 3rd faucet filter today. Everything is back to working well. Water tastes great. I'm happy to have great tasting water for our family and pets for $30 per 15 months.

    Cheap product, higher price point

    Broke easily during the process of trying to make sure it was secure on the faucet. I had it installed by an experienced person. These are made with exceptionally cheap materials now and not at all what they were when they originally came out. Returning.

    Maybe it's defective

    I am not happy with this purchase. I purchased this filteration system on December 6th and installed it on the same day to my kitchen sink. By December 24th I noticed that it needed to be replaced (there was a little sliver of green showing on the indicator).There is no way in the this universe that me and my small family used anywhere close to 100 gallons of water in 2 weeks. I went ahead and purchased a replacement filter and installed it on December 26th. The replacement filter indicator never reset to green. It's still showing red.

    Don't buy. Constantly breaking too early.

    This system keeps breaking. These things used to last a lot longer, at least several months. But the filters pop gaskets or something after just 2 weeks!

    Started out great, in a few months started leaking

    The filtering seems to work, which is great. It's very obvious chlorine is filtered, as well as more, based on chlorine smell and color. However, after just a couple months, the filter started leaking through the non-filtered side after the water was turned off. I thought it was our faucet until it started getting worse. After trialing the original faucet components vs the filter, it's a filter issue. Maybe because there isn't a ring to stop it??? It also started dripping from the non-filtered side when using the filtered side. It progressed to a steadier leak, and now leaking from the non-filtered side AND the switch. Quite disappointed as I'm now looking for a new and better quality filter less than a year from purchase. Absolutely do not buy this.

    Malfuntioning Water Filter System

    I have a standard faucet and the filter system attached easily. I turned the water on low and the filter flew off so I attached and was able to filter water with the faucet turned at a trickle rate. Any more pressure and the unit leaked and sprayed water. The filter on/off switch was very difficult to turn after a week of use and if I didn’t switch it back to the filter off position, the next time I turned it on water sprayed out the sides and all over me and anything I was preparing on the counter. Returned obviously.

    Good Product BUT..

    The product in itself is good . It comes with multiple adapters to fit to different types of faucets- i did not have to use any of those adapters. It works great . BUT surprisingly the box nor any of the parts except the adapters aren’t sealed - that’s weird. I wanted to return it but after checking the components i was convinced that it was not used earlier. It’s still kind of weird- why wouldn’t they seal the box. Also , the turn knob is easy to use but is counterintuitive.
