The compartment for ice is so small the scoop doesn’t fit.

The machine was perfect while it lasted. However, it no longer pulls water, and I get an “add water” light even though it’s full. I’ve only had my ice maker for 15 days. I would say it’s a waste of plastic and money.

I purchased two. I purchased one for my home and one for the office. Both items stopped making ice shortly after I purchased them. Due to my busy schedule, I was not able to take them back to the store in a timely manner, which is not the store‘s fault by any means, but the fact that I purchased two different items from two different stores and they both stopped working the same exact way, tells me that it’s not the location. It’s not me. It would actually be the product itself.

Horrible ice melts and creates a glob. Had it for one day. I’m going to get the box out the dumpster and return it.

DO NOT BUY! This product rusts when you only use distilled or purified water, it will crack where the ice is made after a year and then rust leaks into the water and ice causing rusty ice. Frigidaire and their complaint company only back their product by one year so after a year you'll have to replace cause they do nothing. They will recommend you take it to a repair company LOL! Do not buy and just pay for the nugget ice machine.

Believe the reviews. Will not keep ice long enough to collect and I already have rust inside not even a month after my purchase.

I bought it for my travel trailer. It's small, but It's actually the perfect size for our limited counter space. It makes 8 cubes about every about every 10 minutes. The small reservoir means you're going to have to babysit it. Refilling the water and transferring the basket to the freezer about every hour. But that's fine. Like I said, we don't have a lot of counter space. My only complaint is that the fan is a bit noisy. The compressor and ice scooping mechanism are all quiet, it's just the fan. It's probably fine if you're leaving it in a kitchen and you're in the next room, but for a small travel trailer, it's a bit loud. I removed one star for noise. So far it's been working flawlessly, however I worry about the longevity of the ice scooping mechanism. The cubes/basket aren't gravity fed, it has a motorized scoop that scoops the cubes into the tray. The little hand scoop they give you is worthless. It really needs a ladle type scoop. I don't know about mold yet. I just empty it and dry it out real good and leave the lid open when I'm not using it. I haven't had any mold or rust issues as of yet. I've found it's best to leave some cubes in the tray at all times when it's running. It helps keep it cool and helps keep the cubes from melting as fast. I would almost recommend putting cubes in it when you first turn it on to pre-chill the basket. Yes, I would recommend it if you need a compact ice maker, just be aware of the limitations, you're going to be babysitting it.

It does not make 26lbs of ice and also the little ice that did come out it was already melting. Will be returning this

This ice maker makes ice fast. I put the ice in the freezer as it makes and keep water in it and fill my ice bucket in one evening.

It’s been less than a week! No ice even though it has water!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased this on 9/2024, it started to rust out and I emailed customer support(which is a parent company) they told me there was nothing they could do. Waste of money and I will never buy this item again or from this brand. I also cleaned it monthly with dishwasher cleaner for counter top ones.

stopped making ice! it is on and making the sounds, has water but does not produce the ice!

This is by far the worst product I have purchase. It doesn’t work, it’s very loud and it gets nasty so fast. I clean it atleast 1 or 2 times a week. The machine is a total waste of money

I have had this ice maker for under a month. It has already stopped making ice. My last Frigidaire last for four years & I only tossed it bc the mold was growing faster than I could clean. Very disappointed in the quality.
