    I ordered two new blenders and got one that was used and of an unknown type.

    One came properly packaged, and the other was either refurbished or used and sold as new. All the original packaging and instructions were missing. I didn't even know what type of blender I was sent because all information was missing. I got a box with blender parts, see the image. Both items were sold as new. Please read the reviews carefully. Almost all of them were paid to review this item.
