Q: Do I have to leave themometer in meat or can I just use it to check meat temperature?
A: The leave-in meat thermometer is a leave-in thermometer and cannot be used as an instant read. It is meant to be left in the meat during the cooking process to track the gradual increase in temperatures. If you are looking for one to use to check meat quickly, we recommend a Taylor instant read thermometer. Please reach back out with additional questions. Thanks!
