I love me some Icyhot on days my neck feels super tight. I'm sure the formula is the same, but for some reason the roller one always seems to work the best. Plus I don't get it all over my hands. I have like 4 bottles of this stuff because I always need it when I don't bring it.

it works with all my aches and pains from my feet to my neck. It works pretty fast considering. The roller-ball applicator is the best way to apply icyhot, you can put the gel exactly where you need it on your body, with no mess on your hands.

I have used IcyHot off-and-on throughout my life and never had this kind of reaction but after about 30 minutes I noticed my skin was started to extremely hurt and felt very hot to the touch. I went to the bathroom and it was bright red and slightly raised. I wiped with cold water and napkins and ended up taking a shower. I used sesame oil shower gel, calendula goat milk soap, then put aloe Vera gel and cortizone cream on it. It has helped some but I am still in pain and trying to go to sleep!

Just put this on for an ache in the back and immediately tried to wash it off. Thought I was having an allergic reaction with how much it burns. Never purchase this awful device unless you intend to use it for torture, in which case it will do the job splendidly.

I am not happy and in pain I put icy hot to help my back and all it did was make it worse. My hole back is dark red and feels like I’m getting burnt alive and I would never use this product again.

Like most other people it burned my skin. It didn’t start burning until I got into the shower and put water on it. I got red blistering skin and it hurt so bad to even put water on. I tried using soap multiple times with no help. I took Benadryl to see if it was an allergy and that didn’t help. Legit burned my skin. You can clearly see where it was applied.

Discovered this after getting bad whiplash from snowboarding and it was such a saving grace. I love the no mess applicaticator, and you can really feel the difference between hot and cold. The bottle lasts a while and is small enough to keep in my work bag in case I need it. It does have a bit of a smell, but it isn't horrible.

This is an actual nightmare of a product. I have horrible red burning all over my hip and upper thigh where I applied this a couple of hours ago. I am actually screaming out in paid and am crying because I am so exhausted but this burn is making it so I am unable to sleep. I want to warn people because I wish I had read these reviews first. There’s tons of them experiencing exactly what I am. I washed it off, applied vaseline, even tried the olive oil trick.

I’ve used this product before without any issue, however, something has most definitely changed in their formula. I used this product on my neck several weeks ago and experienced an intense burning sensation, redness, and skin peeling the following week. At first, I attributed this to its interaction with sunscreen and spending time outdoors following application. Yet, such was not the cause. Today, I applied this product to my knee, and calf area (big mistake) and am now experiencing intense burning hours later and redness all over the area. Nothing is helping the burning go away! I sure hope my skin doesn’t peel and blister again. Per the reviews… this needs to be discontinued.
