Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Do not swallow.Children under 12 Years of Age

A like it but I would recommend a non fluoride toothpaste which is more effective and does cause harm to the gums but overall it’s a good toothpaste as an alternative and value for money.

Colagte Optic White is a solid choice for toothpaste. I always feel like my teeth are actually getting clean and the toothpaste is working to protect my teeth. After multiple uses, I do notice a whiter smile though it's never going to be like a chemical teeth whitener. It protects my enamel and polishes my teeth. My breath always feels fresher after brushing and my mouth had an all over clean.
