A: Same experience as others. Followed instructions, ran on an empty load. Multiple loads later we are still drowning in the scent, dishes are as well. Multiple dishes will become unusable if I can’t hand wash this smell out with other soaps.

A: The same for us… the smell is extremely strong and unpleasant! Followed all instructions and even have runs extra cycles empty, just with our detergent to get rid of the smell, but it just doesn’t go away! :(

A: I followed the manufacturer's directions to the letter; however, the wax plug did not melt at all, even after I ran my dishwasher twice on the sanitize cycle. The water seemed hot enough. In fact, my glasses fogged up when I opened the dishwasher mid-cycle to check whether the Finish Liquid Dishwasher Machine Cleaner bottle was empty. Nevertheless, I had to pierce the wax plug with a toothpick to get the produce out. I am willing to try again, but I can't say it was easy to use. Any suggestions?

To ensure optimum results are achieved, here are some helpful tips: Do not remove the cap. Remove sticker from top of the bottle to expose the wax plug. Place bottle upside down in the bottom dish rack. Keep cap on and make sure the wax plug is exposed. Do not use any soap or detergents. Run dishwasher empty on the hottest cycle (i.e. pots and pans, sanitation, etc.). Discard the empty bottle at the end of the cycle. A: I did it with 2 different bottle and neither one worked. Had to call # on back and send photo to get money back. DO NOT BUY!
