I used to use this religiously for spot treatments. I think it’s effective for those surface pimples or acne. but it won’t be effective for the postural, acne or hormonal.

Very effective for those stubborn ones that take a little while to sprout. If you know you know. Helps you get to the point of healing faster. I guess its good for oily skin because it does dry the area where you use it I have extremely oily skin its good for me but idk about dry skin.

I love this spot treatment - as a girl who suffers with hormonal breakouts, this really does help my painfully inflamed spots. I wake up the next Morning with the pimple significantly less angry and red! I love the tube packaging so i can just squeeze the product out vs digging my hand into a jar and you can’t beat the price!

The new formula sucks. The old smelled great and worked. The new one has no smell. That would be ok if that was the only difference. Unfortunately, it doesn't work like the old formula. I've used the old for years and now i have to find something else.

This product works amazingly well for spot treating blemishes. I unfortunately get frequent breakouts and this cream actually starts working within 4 hours like it claims. If I notice I’m starting to get a pimple I put some on immediately and then I’ll put some on before bed as well so it can treat it throughout the night. By the next morning, it’s typically barely noticeable.

I like it but it's getting so expensive. Will look for alternatives. I like how Salicylic acid exfoliates the skin without over doing it. Skin feels soft after using and does not increase risk of sun burn like other chemical exfoliatants.

I’ve used this for years for acne spot treatment. I found it to be non-drying and doesn’t leave a white cast like benzoyl peroxide. It’s effective to leave it on overnight. My acne usually get better quicker and I apply it on my makeup.

Really good at clearing my skin, and unscented whilst being really refreshing. I’ve found that despite it being good value for money, the product dries slightly noticeably on your face meaning I normally wash it off after a few hours of use, and don’t often wear it in public.

I used this product since I was a teenager. It's a life saving product and I am so glad that I found it. Every single times I have pimple or a huge zit, I only need to apply this product 3 times and my skin is clear again. If there is redness and swallon, it reduces the symptoms immediately. Amazing product at an amazing price. Highly recommended.
