    Insurance plan

    I Ordered Refurbished Beats Earbuds when I Received Them I Called a Friend And 3 Calls Got Dropped as Soon as we Greeted each other. After the 3rd Time I Used a Pair Of Earbuds that I Already Had And The Call Didn’t Drop. They Were Able To Return the Earbuds But Not The Insurance Plan. If the Unit Doesn’t Work Why Do I Not Get A Refund on The Insurance?

    Im not sure...

    The replacement wasn’t anything I near what I actually bought and after two attempts to replace I was offered the sale price to replace my headphones. To be fair it was the price I paid for them at Christmas time so they were half off but I would rather but have the item replaced which they didn’t do even though the were in stock at the same store I bought them from.

    Scam

    My son dropped the Xbox headphones and it cracked the case. The sound was no longer working and the volume wheel was broken. Allstate asked me to send them in for repair. While they were being repaired my son got a bad report card and had is Xbox taken over the summer. When we received the headphone they looked okay physically. When his Xbox was finally returned after his first progress report and he went to use the headphones there was still no sound when I contacted Allstate they had closed my warranty claiming I had reached the limit of liability because the repair costs $96 to replace the plastic case for a $99 set of headphones. That doesn’t even make good business sense to repair something that could be replaced for cheaper so I know they are lying about the cost of the repair. But in addition it was not completed correctly. They refused to do assist any further and I will be reporting them to the Attorney General’s office.

    Do your research before purchasing.

    It’s completely useless if you need to replace a part for the wf-c500. It honestly shouldn’t even be offered if that’s the case.

    I purchased this in case my ear phone stopped working. It did a month later which prompted me to contact Allstate only to be told to contact the manufacturer of the ear phones. Should not have purchased all state just to be told to contact the manufacturer.

    Protection Plan

    This protection plan is AMAZING!! We had a problem with the wire on our headset so we filed a claim and they were so fast! We had a bunch of different options for what we wanted to do so we chose the target gift card. We went to target the same day and bought another headset! 100% would recommend spending the extra $15 to have your items covered.

    Good headphones

    So far so good. These are comfortable, they come with two different earbud sizes (Sony came with 4 sizes), and they connect quickly and flawlessly with my Samsung phone. The sound quality is good. They charge fairly quickly, and I haven't used them long enough in a single stretch to determine how long the charge will last -- I am currently getting 3 to 4 hours with no problems.
