First time I ever used it, it matted my son’s hair to the point I had to cut his hair off. His hair was down to his butt and now it’s shoulder length because of this horrific product. Horrible product. I’d give it zero stars if that was an option

The packaging is so cute and the little drawing are so fun. After one use the product did seem to tame my frizzy hair and then after a couple more times of using it my frizzy was fully tamed. I also loved how gentle it was on the scalp and dident cause any irritation.

I bought this because I used this brands purple conditioner and shampoo and it made my hair soft and smell good. but I ran out and decided to try this one. it made my hair SO dry and brittle I wouldn't recommend

Not good for sensitive scalp
I used both the shampoo and conditioner. First time I used it my scalp got itchy. The second time I broke out all over my scalp. I had to stop using this product. Just FYI if you have sensitive skin.

LOVE the smell of this shampoo ! It leaves my hair smelling good even after rinsing it out ! I love how it cleanses my hair without making it feel dry ! The moisture is DEFINITELY there ! Ima. I have thick 2C hair and this product didn’t make my waves worse but didn’t make them better. The smell is really nice and it lasts in your hair, and the packaging is really pretty and easy to get out. If I find one made for my hair type and that helps with frizz and curls I will definitely try it!

Great smell - horrible results
Ugh I LOVE the smell and the fact that it has clean ingredients. I’ve used both the shampoo and conditioner multiple times and I was so confused why all of a sudden my hair was getting so tangled during the wash and MORE HAIR than usual coming out. EEEEEK! Never using it again I have wavy/curly hair and this was not for me. Tangled my hair up! And lost some hair 😢
