It seems that the quality of the Oral b replacements have gone down. They used to last about three months, my last only lasted only about one month. I’m going to switch to Philips Sonic Care if the Oral b doesn’t change back to the original quality.

Disappointed with the new brush heads!
I am so disappointed with the new replacement heads. I ordered a 6 pack last month and immediately noticed that they were a different color and they felt much softer. My brush head looks like it’s 2 months old after only 2 weeks of use and my teeth do not feel as clean as they did before they changed the brush heads. I am so sad because I’ve loved my IO for over 2 years now. The quality of the brush head is no longer the same. Please bring back the original!

Good clean teeth
I’ve use this toothbrush. You just unscrew it with your hands and attach a new head. Packaging is easy to open with scissors. Battery lasts. And vibration doesn’t hurt my teeth. Leaves breath feeling nice and clean

Refills only lasting 30 days!!
I bought the six pack of the ultimate clean refills. Each one (on my 3rd refill now) has only lasted less than 30 days before the blue had disappeared from the head! What the heck?! I’ve always ordered the plaque removal style prior with each lasting well beyond 30 days. Please exchange these and replace with the plaque ones. Can’t afford to be replacing a head every month. By the way, I LOVE my iO 7 brush! Hygienist has a positive comment on my brushing each time I go for my 6 month cleaning. 70 years old and proud of my teeth and Oral B, except for these ultimate clean refills. I have included pics too.

Brush Heads do not Fit Series 6?
These are advertised to work with my model (series 6) but when I attached the head to my brush, the bristles did not move. I looked inside and there is a noticable difference where the piece inside moves and makes contact with the brush handle. I’m not sure what type I need to look for but these brush heads are not like the ones I’ve purchased in the past. Being this expensive, I’m very disappointed I can’t get a refund since I attempted to use them already.

These brushes do not last a reasonable amount of time. I’m actually thinking they are defective with the colored bristles fading in the matter of 1-2 weeks. The unit itself is ok, way too slippery!!!! Poorly designed!

Horrible product! The design of this brush and the brush heads are impossible to clean and grows mold. Avoid this oral b product!!

Mold requires organic material to grow, which isn’t present in our brushes. While it’s rare, mold can develop after use if the brush is stored in a damp area or comes into contact with certain cleaning agents or soaps that can make the plastic porous. The 4 pack don't seem legit
I usually by the 2 pack for $30, but saw the 4 pack for $34.95. The 2 pack usually last 3 months each or longer. I bought the 4 pack and just recently opened it. I changed the head on 9/19/2025. Exactly one month ago today. I now keep track of when they should be replaced. I included a picture. The one on the left is from the 2 pack after 2-3 months. The one on the right is after 1 month and will have to be changed soon. I will never buy the 4 pack again. I guess it is true. You get what you pay for, but thought they were the same brush, but they aren't. You can tell by the picture. I will be buying the two pack next time. At this point the 4 pack will last me 4 months, while the 2 pack lasts me 6 months. So it is cheaper to buy the 2 pack. I wouldn't recommend the 4 pack, but would definitely recommend the 2 pack. When I buy the two pack again. I will leave a review to see if it is just the 4 pack or both. Hope this helps. You aren't getting the deal you think by buying the 4 pack. I only buy my replacement heads from Target.
