It took a few days before the pillow filled out but from that point on it's been great. Not too soft or firm and makes falling asleep much easier.

I have been loving my coop pillow! I am a side sleeper with shoulder issues and tossed a lot. I would have a hard time falling asleep. I love the Coop pillow. I have been able to sleep so comfortably and falling asleep quicker. My husband notices I do not toss as much either. I like that it comes with extra stuffing to what fits your needs. I would definitely recommend if you are on the fence.

I purchased a pillow about 3 years ago and loved it. Time for a new one. This one was completely different. It arrived vacuumed packed and after following the instructions for fluffing the pillow was not the same as the previous one. I can no longer recommend it.

Not a pillow that feels like a brick, not a pillow that’s full of non supporting fluff, but one with memory foam cut into pieces. This is genius and the best part is you can adjust it to your comfort level. I can simply open it up and take out what I don’t need, which I’ve done twice. Not everyone’s head size, neck length and shoulder width is the same which makes this pillow ideal! I’m a back to side sleeper, so got the cut out design. I don’t know why people complain about there not being a pillow case for this, a normal pillow case fits perfectly on the pillow. I also love the softness and quilted design of the one provided. Thanks Coop, so glad I found you!

I played around with it when I first received it until I found the right amount of fill for it to be really comfortable, yet supportive for me. Just one problem. I noticed that the outside cover already has a hole in it. It hasn’t even been washed yet. Hoping Coop will replace this for me.

I would circle through different pillows so much trying to find the right balance of fluffy, firm and neck supporting. And being able to pull out the fluff until I get my desired height is a dream. I used to wake up often in the middle of the night to my neck burning and the muscles too weak to turn my head. I've had this pillow for a few weeks and it's not happened once and I sleep longer through the night. The design of the whole thing is what I needed. I use a cpap and I'm still able to get the comfort and support I need wearing the mask.
