bought these for my daughter. They barely got warm. We waited for a few hours and you could only feel it if you applied pressure. I like the concept but unfortunately they don't work the way they should. better off using a regular heating pad.

It really should be worn with the sticky side on your pants or underwear so the yellow is touching your skin makes more sense but barely gets warm anyway

Don’t waste your money. Returned the same day. I was in a lot of pain and decided to try these. Didn’t heat up at all. I tried waiting an hour or two even and no heat at all. Another scam for women

Terrible patches, women are being scammed
Zero stars anybody that puts more than a star is an AI bot. These patches do nothing. Waste of money.

Bring her some relief home!
Easy application, helped my wife quite a bit. Great size and sticks well, light weight and barely notable once applied. Material is soft and feels great.

These patches don’t stick very well and barely heat up but if you are willing to try anything to help they help a little bit but mainly do not heat up well.

Works but needs improvement in design
Only giving 2-stars because they work but you have to be lying down to really feel the heat relief. Works best when lying down. Doesn’t stick well to undergarments. And if you want to wear without lying down you need to wear tight fitting clothes. I do not plan to buy again. Would rather buy something that adheres to skin so I don’t look like I lost a cath bag while walking.

Convenient
I got these patches for Christmas and I love them. I can Just grab one and go. I definitely wish they stayed warm longer And came with more in a box. I’m used to an actual heating pad but for my busy days that I’m constantly moving all day the patches work great. I recommend for the best results possible is to wear thin undies or a t-shirt (for back pain). Overall great product wish there was more and a comfortable warm feeling.

No heat
Absolutely zero heat comes from this patch. You would be much better off using hand warmers

Not a fan
Maybe if you had baby cramps this would work but for me? Not really like it lessens it for a little bit but if you’re one to have like really bad cramps, this isn’t really going to do much. Wasn’t really all that hot and it’s expensive to me for 3 little heating pads

The back and the front
It definitely works fast I tell ya. The warmth is soothing for the pain. There's no side effects.

Not worth (right now)
This product is not good. I do like the cute heart design but I would rather have a patch that covers the entire width of my abdomen or lower back with a cute design printed on it. Also it should either be able to placed directly on the skin OR get warmer being placed on top of underwear or thin shirt. I believe this is can be a great product but it just isn’t. I will not be purchasing again unless something changes.

Save your money
When I bought this I was thinking this might work for me where I work keep forgetting them at home unfortunately today I got a stye eye and I thought what better way to heat my eye lid with this patch yes I’m aware it’s not meant for that but back to my problem I think the product is great but with the lack of heat I might as have just put a hand warmer on it instead

Is the heat in the room with us?
Absolute waste of money. Put it on, got as warm as lukewarm water, then started losing heat immediately. I'm honestly stunned to see positive reviews and I wonder if there's a quality control issue here.

Is the heat in the room with us?
I didn't expect these to be as warm as a heating pad, but I at least expected *something*. The warmth was the equivalent of just putting my hand directly on my skin. And the 8 hour claim is wild, it got cold faster than it took to get "warm". Absolute waste of $$

Not directly on skin, provides a comforting warmth
I wasn't sure what to expect from this, but it is basically a hot hands style packet that has a sticky side to put on the outside of your underwear/inside your pants to then give a comfortable warmth for awhile. Not much scent which is important to my super scent conscious husband.
