A: I use it in the warming without frothing mode which as the spinner at about half speed. I just barely cover the spinner with half-and-half - just enough for an 8 oz cup of coffee, and it works fine.

A: Hello! Cold foam is used to create cold microfoam on top of cold brew. Light, warm foam heats and froths milk for drinks like cafe au lait and matcha lattes. Thick, warm foam creates thick, rich foam for drinks like cappuccinos. And warming heats your drink without creating foam, great for warming milk or making hot chocolate. We hope this helps!

Q: Since we bought it it hasn't worked well, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't, but in the last few months it stopped heating and making the milk frother so we just gave up.

2nd time purchasing, still a flop
This was my 2nd purchase. At first I thought I washed it wrong. The 2nd one I was super careful to the point where I used unscented wipes to clean the inside and let dry. I come to find that milk skin gets inside the mixer which you can't unscrew or reach into. So I threw it away. Now I'm in the search for just a milk heating one without the frother due to milk skin issue?

Won't last
I regret this purchase! I don't like replacing items quickly. This frother stopped frothing properly in the first year, I'd say around the 8 month mark. Then the spinner kept flying off so it also wasn't warming drinks. When I reached out to the company, they asked me to take pictures and videos of it and wouldn't help me otherwise. This week, it just died. I had to throw it out. I haven't even had it two years. Don't waste your money.

Used less than 20 times and heating element broken. Contacted customer service and they were not able provide a replacement or refund. VERY disappointing. At least buy from somewhere that will replace a faulty product.

Awful product
I had this product for five months and it is already ruined. Two months ago the buttons started wearing off. Now it leaks milk out of the bottom and doesn’t start. It is totally useless now.

Bubbles, not foam
This thing heats up beverages no problem, but it's not the easiest to clean and it also definitely doesn't make nice foam. It made bubbles that all popped and disappeared within a minute of the machine turning off. I'm really disappointed as it looks nice and I usually feel I can trust the brand. This one is a return for me.

Works only when it felt like it
Worked when it felt like it. Sometimes when setting to the warm froth option it would work fine...other times both the froth lights would start blinking and the frother would stop. There was the correct amount of liquid each time so that was not the issue. There was nothing in the manual to explain why that was happening. I reached out to support and they would not address the double flashing lights and just said to return the item. I was going to buy it again but Amazon was not offering the same price so I will not re-purchase and will try another option.

I just didn't love it.
Trying to break an expensive Starbucks habit, I thought this would be my miracle replacement for making frothy coffee drinks at home. No such luck. #1: it doesn't get the milk that hot. #2. It's a chore to clean (the milk cooks into a skin/layer at the very bottom of the pot, so you have to scrub it after each use. Just rinsing it would not be enough. I'm giving it away free on facebook today.
