Awful Change
What happened?! The scent has changed to something intolerable and the shampoo made our heads itch like crazy! This had been our old reliable for years, how sad.

Poor cleanser and Methylisochlorothiazoline.
Does not get hair clean and has MI preservatives, known to cause contact dermatitis in about one out of 8 people. Parabens are much less likely to cause irritation. This is no joke, I don't understand why large corporations are adding these harmful ingredients to products. People can become so irritated that they have to see a doctor and take steroids to clear it up. We'd also like shampoos with sulfates and no coco betaines. Products have been going downhill for the past 10 years and I don't understand why. Are MI preservatives less expensive? You're exposing your customers to health risks because you need to make a few more cents per unit in profit?

Not moisturizing has it says
I picked this up because I needed something for my winter hair. I have 2b/2c hair texture and need to add moisture to my hair. I’m a brunette with a long bobbie cut style at the moment with highlights. I tried this shampoo and conditioner 2x in a span of 3 weeks since I only wash my hair 3x a week and I alternate between Pureology and Redken products. It left my hair clean however it left it frizzy and just blah. I don’t think this is has moisturizing has they said it is. It didn’t cause any itchiness or anything which is a good thing. I also notice it made my hair greasy by day 2 - I wish I loved this shampoo has I am a fan of the Pantene Volume and use that one 1x a week to clean my scalp and never have any issues. Anyways, I won’t be using this moisturizing duo, there are better ones out there!

However, it is upsetting that it wasn't as moisturizing as you needed it to be and instead your hair became a bit frizzy and greasy a few days later. Causes extreme scalp irritation
This contains silicones (dimethicone/amodimethicone) which cause the smoothness feel in your hair. However silicones have no place being in shampoo, a product intended to clean your scalp. All this shampoo does is add more gunk to your scalp, and if you're like me, you will very quickly get itchiness and bleeding after using this a few days. Never buy shampoos like this.

Smells good but hair falls
I’m a usual native user but I wanted to try something with a stronger scent, this shampoo left my hair smelling good, HOWEVER, the first use was fine, hair was soft, but after that my hair started shedding like crazy after every wash. Would not buy again but I do use the conditioner on my ends only

Smells great and has made my hair silky soft and shiny :)
I used Pantene years ago and recently was influenced to go back. I loved Dove's Daily Moisture line, but the conditioner always left my hair feeling a bit plastic-y out of the shower. Decided to give Pantene a try again and I love it. My hair smells lovely and it's super soft and shiny! My hair looks so much more lively now and my boyfriend has complimented how good my hair smells 😩 love it
