Good Buds, But Don’t Stay In
Good buds. Nice build and sound quality, but awfully difficult to keep these secure in my ears. No matter what plastic cover I choose they simply keep falling out. Just purchased in March. Not sure how long I can endure the frustration 😟

Love the JBL quality
I like these however don’t seem to get the loud sound I like. Maybe if I use the cable to and amplified system would get a strong sound. I live the JBL quality.

JBL Falling Off
Useless earbuds. Not sure if it was an app update or what but can’t even connect them to the app now. Tried the factory reset and made things worse. I work in very noisy environments and turn off the ANC as it will actively try to offset loud noises with loud noises directly in your ear. Now that I’ve factory reset the earbuds and they won’t connect to the app, they are useless for me. iPhone user so I’m going to get AirPods upon submitting this review.

Right stopped working
I just got these fore christmas and after just 2 weeks the right side wont make any sound wont get into pairing mode and wont go in the talk thru mode just wont work like the left side. This started when I went to clean them.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Live Free 2 TWS, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Battery life.
I got these about 3 weeks ago. They sound fine and are easy to pair, but the battery life is about half of what is advertised. I have been getting 3.5 to 4 hours on a charge.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Live Free 2 TWS, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published specification, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If this does not resolve the issue, you may contact our customer support.

great audio and confront, the multipoint connection sucks, nothing beats their sound and the call quality on both ends but nothing beats the utility and premium feel of the JLABS PRO

Horrible battery life
After around 2-3 months battery life went down to 2-3 hours. After 6 months I got around 1 hour. Current closer to a year later they won’t even hold a charge for 1 hour. One of the earbuds will always drain faster. I bought a pair of beats to replace the jbl. I also have I’ll wireless speakers that did the exact same thing. From what I’ve seen now jbl has horrible batteries in general.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. Please know that the battery may be losing its capacity. Volume and usage can affect the battery's life. In addition, the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime. Battery dead after just 1.5 years
The earbuds worked well and I liked them initially. However, after just 1.5 years, the battery drains so quickly that even with a full charge, they barely last half an hour. What's the point of buying a branded product if it's not built to last?

Already disappointed in these. Most of the features are great but when using only one earbud at a time it disables the majority of the functionality. You can't even adjust the noise cancelling which leads to significantly higher battery consumption. Coming from the old Samsung Buds+ these JBLs have left me wanting.

The sound is great but have a hard time getting a good fit in my ear. Probably just my ear but have a hard time getting it to seal in my ear. I activate everything trying to put them in my ear as well. Once installed they are great.

Solid choice for this price range
I bought these earbuds in January, and after about five months, I can say that I'm satisfied with the purchase. They fit in my ears nicely, they even come with different tip options in case you need to size up/down. The sound quality is great for this price range. They don't have any problems staying connected to my phone once they're connected, but they can sometimes be a little slow to connect. That could be due to my phone though, so I won't factor it into my score here.

Love them
I love my new JBL they go with me everywhere! Quick trip to the store noise free is the best, gym no one bugs me, work the talk through let's me get the best of both worlds. I also really like being able to select what each one does and quick pauses are super useful. The case is really nice as well ( I tend to drop stuff) after a few falls it still looks brand new! Also it holds a charge very well.

Virtually indestructible
These earbuds as well as the case survived being directly on a 2013 V6 f150 exhaust manifold for an hour. The case also did not melt nor was there hardly any visible damage. Sound is amazing as well as the microphone. The noise cancelling goes the extra mile by actively cancelling out extremely loud noises and not just environmental noise.

Lost charging case no solution from jbl
I bought this couple months back, but I lost charging case in hotel,I reached customer care and India CEO for a new charging case.No solution, they will sell spare parts and they suggested me to buy aNew one. So this is complete exploitation and not informed while purchasing the piece. Very very poor customer care

Best earbuds, fantastic features
Bought these earbuds 3 weeks ago. Best decision I made in along time. I was not expecting the earbuds to be so small, as other earbuds I have had are huge and hanging off your ears. These earbuds fit comfortably in your ears, with their size you hardly even notice them. What beautiful clear music can come out of such a small package. I downloaded the JBL app, and adjusted the equalizer., you can literally hear the percussion and string instruments as clear as you were in the room or concert hall they were being played. I listen to Outlaw Country, Bluegrass, and Classic Rock music, and these earbuds do more than just deliver the sounds. Noise cancellation and ambient sound has to be best in business. Lastly what can I say about battery. I use my earbuds everyday at place of work and get 7 hours out of a single charge. My old earbuds from a competitor, would only get be 2 1/2 hours and then would have to put in charger for quick charge. JBL hit it out of the park with these JBL Live Free 2 TWS

Loud noises mess with noise cancel feature
I got these thinking the talk through feature would be a nice upgrade from my old ear buds which I have to take out frequently to talk. However, I work in a machine shop where there is lots of random noise from things like welders and air tools and even when I am in noise cancelling mode, these high pitched sounds seem to mess with the built in microphone and cause the ear buds to crackle loudly, defeating the purpose of using them as ear plugs. Guess I will stick with my old reliable ones…

I’ve had the Live Free 2 set for 3 weeks and they are more than I expected from sound quality to battery life to control. Good job JBL.
